It’s fully fenced, grassy, and gives dogs a space to run, sniff, and play. This is our very own business, and we’ve been learning how to manage it and take care of the yard ourselves (with a little help from our family). Our yard is part of an **old horse farm**—it used to be a grazing and riding yard! So while it’s open and spacious, it’s also **natural, rugged, and real**, not landscaped or picture-perfect. Over time, lots of paws wore down the grass, so we took a few months to fix it up, reseed it, and get it ready for more fun. Lots of room for your dog to run and explore. It is fully fenced and a fence splitting the front and backyard. The backyard has big open spaces as well as lots of trees and bushes near the fence to explore. A tree did fall on part of the fence in back left corner but has lots of over growth it would be hard to get out (my dog has not been able to). There is also a pool that is not fully fenced in but can sit and watch your dog swim or join them :) If you would like to use the pool, please give me a day or 2 notice as i will nake sure the cover is off and skimmed, etc. The front yard is quite large as well with a gate at the driveway to close to have it fully fenced. I do have chickens but they are fully fenced in. There are tenants upstairs who have a dog but will be aware when you are using the property.

Please contact me ASAP if your dog has ALLERGIES!** Based in South Langley, BC, this indoor area is designed from the dog’s perspective and features sensory plants such as lavender, rosemary, basil, and mint, flowers, wheat grass and baby trees, as well as recycled objects with a scent history, including children’s toys, horse blankets, shoes, hats, and gloves. Scented cloths, feathers, and other items with various animal scents are also available. Dogs see a range of blues and yellows, so items have been chosen to reflect this, offering a visual experience as well as an olfactory workout. Various textiles are used to enhance the sense of touch in indoor spaces, including non-slip mats made of nylon, foam, and fur, as well as hanging items to brush against, such as scarves and beads. As your dog moves around and explores, they will discover natural treats hidden in boxes, puzzles, snuffle mats and even ball pits. The Praise Dog Enrichment Room gives your dog the opportunity to simply be a dog, making their own choices and exploring at their own pace. For this reason, a maximum of 2 dogs (from the same household) may visit at a time, as long as there is no resource guarding behaviour.
