Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! (The light blue house) Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have one doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. Feel free to use the hose/wash area to rinse off your dogs paws after play, no need to add the extra for that. The extra is if you want all the other stuff included for a more in depth bathing. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

Trails, a pond, creek, seating areas for relaxing , swings if children come along. There is truly something for everyone! *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. It’s open, peaceful, and removed from heavy neighborhood traffic. 🐾 Good Fit For: • Dogs with solid recall • Sniff walks & decompression time • Fetch & training sessions • Pups who enjoy open space ⚠️ Please Note: This yard is unfenced. Dogs should have reliable recall and be comfortable off-leash in an open setting. Wildlife scents are present due to the wooded edge. From time to time, ATVs may pass by on the road. They are not constant, but this may not be the best space for dogs who are highly reactive to moving vehicles or who like to chase. It is easily accessible from the driveway/street, has off street parking, and is wheelchair friendly. Thanks for stopping by! We have a large fenced in backyard, great for your pet's playtime or puppy play dates! More than enough room for a dozen dogs! Our patio features a gazebo WITH overhead fan. Plenty of shade during the warmer months and a fire pit offers some extra warmth during the cooler months. During the summer season, Extras such as a puppy pool, Lounge Pool for Humans and sprinklers will be made available! Amenities: Snacks, Bottled Waters, and Poop Bags are always included. Wifi is available as well. We are a smoke friendly yard - lighter and ashtray are located on the patio table. Please dispose of all waste in the trashcan. Seating: We have 4 Chairs under the gazebo. We also have 5 other lounge chairs available in the yard. Parking: Our driveway can accommodate 7-9 vehicles. Street Parking is also available. If using the driveway, please pull far enough in to allow other vehicles to enter/exit.

They can also play or lounge under the shade of our large weeping willow tree. The lower deck has 3 lawn chairs, and the upper deck (accessible via stairs in the backyard) has 2 rocking chairs and a picnic table with 4 chairs. Use of shed in backyard is not an option (it will be locked). There is easy free street parking in our cul-de-sac. If your dog (or child) wants to use the toddler slide, feel free to pull it out onto the grass. If you would like me to make the box of children's toys available during your visit (for no extra charge), please select that option in the Extras section of your reservation. Note 1: When walking between your vehicle and the gate to our backyard, there may sometimes be other people or dogs on the street/sidewalk or in their front yards. Or there may sometimes be someone from our household leaving or arriving home (which involves walking between the front door and a car in our driveway).
