We have 3 fully fenced acres perfect for exploring and chipmunk chasing and a pond perfect for swimming! No areas are off limits other than our decks. Occasionally the neighbor dog is out to say hello with a bark but he is friendly and typically gets called inside after a quick hello. You are welcome to use any of them, just please close the gate upon leaving. Parking is open to the driveway or the yard. Be aware of a small shallow pond in the front yard. We do not use pesticides or fertilizers on the grass at all but we may use some in the flower beds only. Please clean up any dog messes and a trash can is provided. There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence. We have tons of play things for kids as well so please bring them too! In the summer we will have a sprinkler and kiddie pool filled with water! If your dog is not dog reactive you shouldn’t have an issue! Or if your dog is like one of mine they just run the fence and bark. Which is ok! We want you to feel comfortable and free along with your beloved companion! At the back of my yard there is a gate you can go through which will lead you to acres of fields, creeks and trees! I suggest you keep your dog on a leash past my yard. You are responsible for your dogs health and well being! I only allow dogs that are UTD on their vaccinations! To prevent my dogs from contracting anything. PLEASE PICK UP YOUR DOGS FECAL MATTER AND DISPOSE OF IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Have fun! Seating and doggie pool available (request pool is emptied before leaving and not filled more than half or you can’t tip over to empty). No dogs in surrounding yards. Great for big and small dogs!
