Just be sure to click the gate remote again to close it behind you! Will give gate access information after booking.

This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

Hi there! My name is Nat and I’m so excited for you and your fur-babies to come visit my home. I work from home during the week and have 2 fur babies with me, Apollo and Meliodas. Despite redundant training and boarding school Meliodas has always been on the reactive side. When I heard about sniff spots I knew that I wanted to be able to both take him to places where he felt safe and create a place where other reactive dogs felt safe as well. On top of this, I am a full time Foster Dog Momma so creating a space that is both enriching and dog friendly is my top priority. The house is completely fenced in by a 7ft wood fence and I also live in a gated community for extra peace of mind.

Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact. Pool disclaimer: Humans are allowed in the pool to play with/support your dogs. ONE support person PER dog. All pool activities must be dedicated to your dogs. Meaning, human pool parties/gatherings are not allowed, even if dogs are present.

We have two levels in the backyard, so running up and down the stairs will give your dog plenty of exercise. We have water for your dog outside and plenty of spots for you to lounge and hangout while your dog gets their zoomies out.

A fridge for drinks(water included) We also have a speaker if you like to listen to some music with your pups. In the summer months we will have a sprinkler to play/keep cool in.

The back yard is massive and is always appreciate the most by all of the four legged furry friends that visit. Plenty of space to run around and clean and clear so that you can keep on eye on your pup at all times. Plenty of shade available for guests. A brand new roof Extention was just added. 440 square feet of cover that is a life saver through the summer months! Rocking chairs and hammocks are available as well. So that you have a comfortable place to sit and watch your pet run and enjoy the space.
