Please note that during Utah’s drought season, the yard may be dry, brown, and crunchy rather than lush and green. Please note: Our garden area is located within the fenced property but is not separately fenced off. Guests must supervise their dogs at all times and ensure they stay out of the garden beds and planted areas. This space is best suited for dogs that respond well to owner commands and can be redirected when needed. Property Rules & Amenities 🐾 Clean up after your pets. 🚪 Keep all gates closed. 🐕 Dogs must be supervised at all times. 🌱 Please keep dogs and people out of the garden beds and planted areas. 🦮 Please only book if your dog is comfortable being redirected and follows basic commands. Dogs that dig, jump into planted areas, or are difficult to recall may not be a good fit for this space. 🔊 Respect our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level. 🚭 No tobacco smoking anywhere on the property. 🅿 Please park on the street in front of the grassy area. 💧 A water spigot is available on the back of the carport, directly in front of the garden area, for filling your dog's water bowl. 🪑 Two green folding chairs are located by the water spigot for your comfort during your visit.
