The pool is large with a sun shelf for small and large dogs toys cool off. There are lounge chairs and outdoor furniture for humans and dog beds for the pups. The pool is independently enclosed so you control access to that area when entering. The pool is kept at 87 degrees. There are water stations and hoses for the pups in both the turf and pool areas. There is an outdoor fridge for the humans if they want to bring water or drinks and keep them cool. The entire yard is surrounded by a 6 foot wood privacy fence so your pups can run free without distractions. We hope you enjoy our oasis!

Well manicured and safe backyard for furbabies to enjoy being outside and to play. We have a 4 dog max per reservation due to the clean up process between visits. If you’re interested in going a dog party with more dogs, please reach out to me beforehand. An extra hour of booking will be required to allow for clean up time. Come let your dogs play in this beautiful pool with an intercoastal view. A large ledge for romping around for those pups that are a little unsure! The pool is heated in winter and chilled in the summer months. There's complimentary off-street parking! If there's a time that you don't see available, please contact me personally, and I may be able to accommodate you, especially if you are a returning customer. Please remember that I am on Clearwater Beach, and traffic can be backed up depending on your timing, so give yourself some extra time. For safety reasons with my open Seawall and pool, I do not allow children under 16. Parking on Clearwater Beach is tricky, because we do not have street parking on my street, only TWO vehicles are allowed per visit, please try to carpool.

Oak & Pond 5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Yard in Parrish

This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). However, we don't allow fishing for the safety of the pets (hooks, etc.). We have never seen any gators on the property although it is always a possibility. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available. Pool/lanai use available as an extra. Out of respect for our neighbors and for the property, we have decided to only host dog visits or dog birthday parties with 5 humans or less in attendance. If you are bringing more than one vehicle please let us know. We want the property to be more of a peaceful, low key place to visit. 💧 Amenities * Two hoses for bathing. * Shampoo, water bowls and some toys provided. It is rare to find fire ants on the property. Depending on the time of year, the water level and number of Lilly pads (and other vegetation) in the pond changes. The pond water is lowest December-February. A pond filtration system was installed in Feb 2026. The filtration system helps kill harmful bacteria/algae and keeps the pond healthier. Algae blooms are still possible in any pond. We monitor the pond closely for the safety of our pets and yours. Water is tested monthly.

The Dog Park at Sand Key Park in Clearwater, Florida is a fully-fenced enclosure where pet dogs are welcome on a leash. Service dogs are also welcome, but all dogs must be on a leash when entering and exiting the park. The park closes at sunset and patrons use it at their own risk. Handlers are liable for any injury or damage caused by their dog and are limited to three dogs. Dogs must be licensed, vaccinated, and display tags on their collar. Amenities include small dog-friendly areas, chairs, dog drinking water, an indoor restroom, tables, a field, and beach access. Visitors must adhere to various rules including controlling their dog, carrying a leash, picking up waste, and not allowing dogs younger than 4 months old or aggressive dogs in the park. **** Do not run over the berm (small hill around the pool) Please park anywhere behind the berm, do not cross over it with your vehicle ****Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an tadditional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Hi we are Jennifer and Joe. Our backyard is located on a canal in New Port Richey. The yard is fenced with the exception of the canal itself. The fence near the street is ~6 feet and the fence that separates our neighbor's yard is ~4 feet. We have a large inground pool that dogs and humans are welcome to enjoy. We have a covered area with a table, chairs and loveseat. Because we have dogs ourselves, guest dogs and humans will not be allowed up the stairs to the 2nd level deck. There will be a partition in place to prevent access.

Welcome to our Sniffspot — a peaceful, approximately 2-acre grassy field surrounded by beautiful mature Florida oak trees, tucked away in the middle of our 18-acre private family farm and residence. This property has been in our family for over 35 years, and we’re excited to share a little piece of it with you and your pups. The designated Sniffspot area offers plenty of wide-open grassy space for dogs to run, sniff, explore, play fetch, or simply enjoy being outside beneath the shade of majestic Florida oaks. 🌳 The Space The approximately 2-acre designated area is a naturally maintained field with a mix of sunny open space and beautiful oak-tree surroundings. Because it sits within our larger 18-acre property, it feels tucked away and private while still being conveniently accessible directly from SR 64. There’s plenty of room for a game of fetch, training and recall practice, leisurely sniffing, or simply letting your pup stretch their legs and enjoy the outdoors away from the activity of a traditional dog park. 💧 Small Pond There is a small natural pond in the corner of the designated Sniffspot area. Like many Florida ponds, the water level varies considerably depending on recent rainfall and the time of year. It is often low and may not be full, particularly during drier periods. Please supervise dogs around the pond and keep changing water conditions in mind during your visit. 🦌 Wildlife Part of the charm of visiting a private Florida farm is sharing the surroundings with our local wildlife. During your visit, you may encounter deer, cranes, or the occasional wild hare, along with birds and other native wildlife that call the property home. Please keep this in mind when deciding whether your pup should be off-leash, particularly if they have a strong prey drive. 🐕 Fencing & Important Safety Information Please be aware that this is not a fully enclosed Sniffspot. Portions of the larger property perimeter on the east and west sides have cattle-style fencing, but this is an older family property and not all fencing is perfect or dog-proof. The designated Sniffspot itself should not be considered securely fenced. There are also neighboring homes along the west side of the main property, with backyards that adjoin the property perimeter. Depending on the day, your dog may occasionally hear or see people, pets, lawn equipment, or other normal residential activity in the distance. For these reasons, this space is best suited for dogs with good recall or owners who are comfortable using a long line when needed. 🌿 A Private Florida Farm Escape Let your pup run, sniff, and explore in a beautiful country setting with plenty of room to roam. Whether you’re looking for space for a game of fetch, some serious sniffing, training time, or simply a peaceful outdoor adventure together, our oak meadow offers a relaxing alternative to neighborhood walks and busy dog parks. 🪧 We’re Continuing to Improve! Large fenced in backyard with lots of amenities for you and your four legged friends. There is a large lanai with full bathroom that includes a shower area for your pets. You can use the pool or we can put up the safety fence. Additionally we have a small kiddie pool for dogs that like to splash around or just prefer drinking from a giant water bowl.
