We are 5 minutes off of Routes 11/15 and 2 miles outside of the town of Liverpool. We offer a wrap-around upper porch where you can sit and swing while watching your doggos. We offer many amenities if you do not see one listed we can make accommodations. I work from home so I am available at all times. We have small children who love all animals. Enjoy the beauty of our 75 acre farm with your dog! Our walking path is approximately 6 ft wide and borders the exterior of our pasture-based farm. Most of the path has a 6 wire electric fence beside it for our cattle. There are two creeks with bridges that you can cross (with potential wet puddles). The entire farm is approximately a 35-40 minute walk depending on your pace, but you can always turn around for a shorter walk. Plenty of area for your dog to sniff and enjoy on a private walk! This sniffspot does require you to have your dog leashed at all times.
