We have a 30 acre tree farm located at the base of Sugarloaf Mt., away from roads, houses and people. Very secluded, with a 1/2 acre spring fed pond for swimming as well as groomed trails for sniffing, hiking and training. We are also a Lab Rescue foster family for young puppies and help train for their next fur-ever homes. Our place can also accommodate for upland and waterfowl training. We are as well associated with Buckeystown, Poolsville and Peachtree Veterinary hospitals.

Please park at the top of the hill by the large metal barn and walk down the hill to the pond. We are open occasional hours due to surveying and construction soon to be started. Please message me if you have a specific time you want to come out and I will open for you if possible! Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 18 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are adjacent to a local pick your own peaches, apples and berry farm.

Hello, my name is Juliann and I own The Dog Ranch! We have 9 acres of fun to explore with you and your pup! Come play in the fully fenced in yard (aprox. 1 acre with a 6ft high fence) or go exploring in the woods - maybe take a swim in the pond, or go visit the farm animals (goats, chickens, a duck and a LGD)! All are welcome at our Ranch! We have outdoor outlets on the patio, seating areas, a bonfire pit, a hot tub, a grill, a basketball court and multiple kids pools (for human kids) all accessible for you to enjoy! We also have some dog pools and a sprinkler system set up in the main fenced in area for your pup to play in and cool off! Afterwards, if you would like, you can give your dog a bath in the dog tub and have your pup going home fresh and clean (please see the extras)! Please note that we have 9 acres to explore but only about 1 acre of that is fully fenced in which is located off the back of the main house. The other 8 acres contain woods, the pond, as well as open space and the farm animal pasture.

Come out and let your dog play in a fully fenced secluded area of two acres! Lots of shade! We have a pool too, where you and your pup can enjoy swimming for an extra fee. There's woods to run in, a fun wood pile to dig through, chickens to bark at, and just fun to be had for all!! Welcome to The AmericanK9 Dog Ranch! We purchased this property in December of 2021 and have made a bunch of dog friendly modifications! Our field is fully fenced in! We have a wide variety of amenities for our guests as well! We have water on site in the right side field, a poop station in field and parking lot, bathroom on site and amazing views. We also provide some toys too! This is truly a dog’s paradise! We hope you enjoy your visit!

Complete freedom to roam on 30 acres with a bonus that our land is surrounded by another 200+ acres of electric company owned land with no roads, no cars, no neighbors… just grass and forest. We occasionally have farm animals positioned on an acre or 2 who are fully fenced in. If you see blue fence posts with white wire / rope running between them, please assume the fence is electrified. We would ask that you use caution with your dogs around the livestock areas so as not to frighten the animals or the dogs! We have a Google Earth picture roughly showing the property lines and the driveway for you to use while exploring. Bonus: We are a small farm so if you are interested in picking up some chicken or pork - send us a message and we can have your order ready for pick up when you arrive. This is my back yard. I have a friendly medium sized dog who should be able to play if you want. I work from home most days. The pool is open for humans and dogs. I ask that you not let your dog back in the pool if they are muddy. I also ask that you keep the gate closed at all times.
