Hello there! Welcome to our backyard oasis, complete with a pool, flowering bushes, trees and butterflies. I am a dog lover of all kinds and would be honored to host you and your pups! I hope that you find it spacious and accommodating. You can even see and hear rocket launches from this backyard. Please feel free to use anything outside including the screened lanai, any tables, chairs, loungers, and the sectional, covered or otherwise, but please keep all pups off of the furniture unless their paws have been wiped. The trash can is next to the gated entrance and hand sanitizer, doggy clean-up bags, and a water bowl are on and next to the coffee table near the sectional in the screened lanai. Please excuse the small fenced off portion of the yard (displayed in the pictures with orange construction fence), we are in the process of re-growing our grass in a couple of spots. Please, no children at this spot and maximum of 5 humans is allowed. Feel free to use the pool (humans and dogs!) but at your own risk, there is no lifeguard present. No diving is allowed (for humans) and we recommend keeping your pups supervised while they are near and in the unfenced pool. If pups use the pool during your visit, please use the skimming pole to collect any hair before leaving as to ensure it is clean and ready for the next paw-tastic visitor. :) We hope you have a wonderful time! Play Ball! Dog Club is a private use, canine enrichment field (fenced) located on the beautiful campus of St. Richard's Episcopal Church in the heart of Winter Park (32792/Seminole County) - minutes from Baldwin Park, Audubon Park, Winter Park proper, Maitland, and College Park. The Club field was designed (and is managed by) a local, professional dog trainer as a private use, dog park "alternative" where dogs can meet their exercise and enrichment needs off-leash in the company of their people ONLY while enjoying multiple amenities and activities. Private use visits combined with the location of field, entrance gate, and designated Club parking, as well as privacy screening of Club fencing, are designed to ensure minimal encounters with others dogs or people (within vicinity/outside Club). Private use/visits are limited to maximum of *4 "registered" dogs from SAME household per visit (with some exceptions approved by Club manager). Dogs must be a minimum of 8 weeks old. At least one (1) Club Guest must be an adult (18 years of age or older). Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the Club field and on campus. *Field use/visits by unregistered dogs, unregistered guests, and *between dogs from different households is NOT permitted (*unless approved by Club Manager). The Club is NOT an open access dog park. *Limited exceptions to this policy may be considered - not guaranteed - by Club Manager and must be approved in advance by Club Manager. New guests and their "registered" pup(s) are required to meet with Club Manager on their 1st visit for a 5 minute orientation. Returning guests will - after their 2nd visit - receive a unique gate code for "unassisted" gate access as well as ability to contact Club Manager to open "unpublished" time slots when available. The Club field is 1/2 acre, quiet, shaded, and fully-fenced (6 foot w/privacy screening). Restricted gate access: Recurring/regular guests (after 2 visits) are provided with a unique code for "unassisted" gate access. New and occasional guests gain '"assisted" access by Club Manager. Amenities include: dig pit (10x10x3 shaded pit) with non-toxic playground-grade play sand; shallow wading (kiddie) pool (summer months); agility equipment; tether ball pole; lizard island w/elevated planks; bungee pulls: in-ground and tree-supported; luring and fetch toys; Nose Work/Scent Work Stations (at base of each of 15 trees) and scent cans. Club Manager will pre-bait stations/cans with guest-supplied food lures upon advanced request by guest. ***Non-communal, fresh water station (for dogs only) with water bowls - stainless steel (cleaned after each guest) or disposable. Shaded seating areas. Designated/marked parking at Club field entrance. On-site, reward-based professional dog trainer available for hire. ***In response to communal canine contagion/diseases.

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our yard is less than 1 acre and fully fenced. Surrounded by woods except for one side and there is a pond with a dock. The neighbors dogs (2) are not a hazard but they are reactive so if your dog doesn’t ignore them, they will run along the fence. Normally they are inside but of course they have to be let outside to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. They are never let out as a pair only separately.

Want the perfect place to wear out your pup? Look no further. This yard is well maintained and a great place to throw balls and frisbees. Your dog will not be disappointed. The driveway and walkway are solid pavers for easy access. Plenty of off street parking.

Great social media photo spot! Open daily to reserve from 9am to 6 pm. Relaxing and beautiful space to play and connect with your dog. Wildlife seen daily from the dock; dolphins, manatee, stingray, turtles. You may fish from the dock. One pole is provided, but please bring your own bait. Two dog maximum. If the ball goes over the fence, it stays there. Neighbors are not to be contacted.

When my dog Pepper was alive, I couldn't take him to public parks without him having to be muzzled and tethered to a very short leash. Pepper was a mix of Chow, Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, and Wolf. Unfortunately, he was not able to be socialized. But he enjoyed his backyard, and now I'm offering Pepper's Backyard to other dogs like Pepper and for every dog to run free, play, and be happy off leash. You are visiting our home where my family and I live. Please be respectful of our home and clean up any mess before you exit our property. There is a broom on the patio you can use. No drugs or alcohol is to be brought to or consumed at Pepper's Backyard per Sniffspot's Guest rules. Please pick up your dog(s) poop. If you don't have dog poop bags, there will be some provided for you on the patio table. Please place used soiled dog toys and towels in the laundry basket located on the patio so they can be cleaned and sanitized for the next guest. You are required to use caution and care when swimming. There is to be no diving into the pool. There are no lifeguards on duty. You, your dog(s), and any guest you bring agree that you are swimming at your own risk and assume all liability for yourself, your dog(s), and anyone you bring with you. Prior to your visit, you are required to inform Host thru the Sniffspot app of all humans and dogs you are bringing to PEPPER'S BACKYARD. Please be careful not to throw balls or frisbees over the fence and do not take any toys home with you. They are the property of Pepper's Backyard. An inventory of all toys is taken before and after each Guest visit. Missing, damaged or lost toys will be charged to you at $10 per item, and you will be expected to pay for it before the end of your visit either by Cash, CashApp, or Zelle. Please supervise your dog(s) and do not allow them to dig holes in our yard. There is a kiddie pool filled with sand in the far right corner of the yard, and that is the only place your dog(s) are allowed to dig. Any holes dug or any damage done to our yard, pool, patio, or yard furniture will immediately be reported to Sniffspot, and you will be banned from returning to this spot. Do not urinate in the pool or in the yard. A guest bathroom is located inside our home that you are welcome to use. Please know that there are 5 working and monitored surveillance cameras that take video clips of everything you, your dog(s) and any guest you may bring with you are doing while you are on our property and by booking at Pepper's Backyard you all acknowledge and agree to being video recorded. There could potentially be neighbors of all types walking through my neighborhood since my home is located in a highly populated residential neighborhood. As a safety precaution, please lock your car doors, keep your dogs leashed while entering and existing my property, and be aware of your surroundings.

We have a pond to walk around, fire pit available, chairs to sit in, and various fruit trees that may or may not have fruit. We have chickens but they are locked up. Dog toys available too :). We have plenty of room to run behind the pond. Bring some balls to throw around or just enjoy your dog running off leash.
