We believe dogs are family so we have worked hard to create a customized experience for your human and furry family that you will remember forever. We offer two separate fenced-in areas that connect. Are you looking to expose/introduce two dogs to each other in a safe and welcoming environment where you can monitor their body language and temperament? If yes, then our space is perfect. Each dog can have their own fenced-in area to play and observe or open the gate and connect the two spaces for your dogs to explore all that we have to offer. Included with other amenities, we offer confidence building equipment, a digging station, stretching station, pools for water and sensory play, enrichment toys, natural fitness stations and more! Have a special request or need? Let us know. We are happy to accommodate if we are able! Clean water bowls are also offered as well as a sink to easily refill and wash your hands or a toy as needed. When done playing with the toys, simply leave them in the bucket provided for cleaning and sanitation for the next furry friend. On the back side of the house is a hose and sprayer as well as dry towels inside the bench. Feel free to dry your dog off after splashing in the pool and wipe their feet before they hop back in your car. Simply leave the used towel on the bench and we will pick up. Waste pick up is simple and easy with the pooper scoopers and rakes we offer for disposing in our Doggie Dooley Septic Systems. Hey there! My name is Olivia. I’m an avid dog lover and believe every dog deserves a safe and secure space to explore and have fun. That's why I'm thrilled to share my yard on Sniffspot! My yard is a haven for dogs of all shapes and sizes. It's securely fenced, ensuring their safety while they enjoy some off-leash freedom. By sharing my yard on Sniffspot, I hope to provide a secure space where dogs can burn off their energy, explore new scents, and most importantly - play! *We are happy to offer a kiddie pool at no extra charge to our guests: we require advance notice if you would like to utilize the pool as it is not kept routinely full of water and to avoid unnecessary costs. Please indicate after booking if you would like your dog to be able to use the pool. Please be advised our property does have an existing security system that allows us to monitor and record the property. This is for liability purposes and we will never share video, photo, or your information.

A large farm property. Featuring large fields with mowed paths for walking and long grass for exploring. There will be a seating area with a trash can provided for pet waste and drinking water for your fluffy friends. In case of sudden rain you are welcome to open the barn door and sit inside and wait out the storm or get out of the sun for a minute. Thier is a hose and kiddie pool if your dog wants to play in the water. Thier are goats and ducks on property in a fenced in area please control your dog around them and do not allow into the fences areas. Feel free to sniff through the fence. Your dogs can run off leash safely the property is located in a dirt road with little traffic lots of people walking the road with their pets. Thier is a public pond a little down the road you can walk to for even more exploring. *During the two blocked times is when we put the goats in and out and feed them. If you would like to book during these times please note we will be in and around the yard.

Hi! Welcome! I have a fully fenced in backyard with plenty of parking on Main Street in Hampstead. There is plenty of room for your dog to run around and plenty of smells from my dogs. One section of the fence is only 3 feet high, so it may not work if your dog is a jumper. My neighbor has horses that may be in a nearby pasture. There are also dogs that live next-door. If you are coming, I will keep my dogs in the house. They will probably not even know you are out there. There is one spot that can get muddy depending on the weather. The rest of the yard is grass and a small area of bushes and other vegetation. There is also a rocky area under my deck. During the warmer months, there will be a picnic table and chairs. Please bring bags and pick up after your dog. There is a trash bucket out there. I will also have a water bowl out there during the warmer months. There is a gate if you need to block off the stairs to the deck. It is next to the shed under the deck. I have tenants that may go in and out off the deck but I inform them of visits and they are dog people. Thank you! Please let me know if you need anything. Fenced in yard with deck. Dog friendly, chicken coop in yard but chickens are kept inside coop at all times. No other animals will be present. Enjoy time to let your dog roam and run!

Message us if you run into any issues with the site or have questions. This 1/3 acre fenced-in yard is a great spot to sniff, run, dig, and play. The woods behind us gives the feeling of being more remote but we are just a few blocks from downtown. You can weave through the short path through the clump of mature tamarack trees where it’s nice and shady in the summer. We allow digging **behind** the trees as long as you supervise to make sure they’re not digging at the fence line and that anything they might dig up is safe for them. Your dog can check out our 3 foot high “treehouse” platform tucked near the trees with access ramp. Once up there they’ll have a sight line into the woods and can better see the wildlife which includes squirrels, blue birds, red tail hawks, bunnies, deer, and turkey. (The ramp is not secured down so if you don’t want your dog up there we can remove the ramp for you, please let us know in advance.) In warm weather we have out there a couple of comfy chairs, sun umbrellas, a beach sheet (we can fold it back up for you), and a folding beach chair so you can move it around the yard if you’d like to. When it’s not freezing temps we use a no-hunching-over water spigot which is already turned on at the house so all you have to do is turn the blue spigot left to fill your water bowl (see pics). As you can see from the pictures we have neighbors very close by- please be considerate of your noise level. Fenced and secluded area for off-leash fun plus woods and trails and stream to explore! Parking by goat/duck pen at top of driveway or directly beside fenced area. (Goat pen has electric fencing around rear and sides and ducks may roam free a bit, so please no off-leash pups!) We are on 22 acres and outside of the fenced area there also is a trail and stream with easy access for dog wading. You are welcome to explore the trails with on-leash dogs - rough map of trails inside storage shed by the fenced area. Wildlife we have seen on walks includes: owls, deer, beaver, and even a family of otters. Please note that the fencing is farm wire with privacy screening in front of it. There are wood boards around the bottom of the entire pen to add safety and stability. Please message me if you have any questions or are uncertain if this area is a good fit for you and your pup. We want everyone safe and happy! The pen is a SIMPLE, wide-open, fenced area where your pup can play off-leash without other dogs or people around. Toys are provided in the storage shed by fenced area. If you bring your own toys or balls, PLEASE TAKE THEM HOME WITH YOU AND DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND IN THE FENCED AREA. WEATHER NOTE: this is not a grassy yard at the best of times. When snow has been melting or it has been rainy, you can expect plenty of mud and puddles. The fenced area can have varying degrees of mud while the trails will be quite muddy throughout the spring. If mud offends you (or your dog! 🤣), we aren’t a good spot for you during spring melting or extended rains. A note about restroom facilities: none available but … spot is very secluded. 😁😁😁 TP and trash bags provided. If you use the emergency, natural facilities please place TP in bag and then place bag in poop bucket. What happens in the woods stays in the woods …. Please place used toys and/or towels in the laundry basket outside the storage shed/container. Do not place back with clean items! Thank you. Last but not least, there is NO SMOKING anywhere on our property. Cameras in use throughout property. Thank you!

Enjoy our secluded dog haven! Located just minutes from downtown Nashua, at our Sniffspot you’ll never know you’re in the city. Play a game of fetch on our large, fully fenced grassy lawn. In the summer, try out our kiddie pool add on to cool off! Sick of fetch? Strap on a leash and enjoy our short path through the woods (where you might catch a glimpse of our curious chickens or even a giant bullfrog in our creek)! Our pups love our Spot, and so will yours! *Spot Rules* We work hard to maintain our home. Please be courteous by following our Spot Rules: - No digging on the lawn. If you have a digger feel free to dig in the woods or in the dirt area under the deck. - Do not allow dogs to get too close to the chickens. They are used to dogs but jumping/ barking can startle them. - Please do not harvest food or flowers from the gardens. Seasonally, these items as well as eggs may be available for a small fee. We are open🥰 Offering two dogs for one rate per hr Lots of flat walking trails thru beautiful wooded property. Trails maintained, and open early spring thru late fall to start. If popular, we can open for winter hikes too. A canopy and bench in a fenced in area for play and relaxing, then leash up for a great walk thru the shaded and cool, winding trails in our forest. Possibly See deer, wild turkey, rabbit and squirrel, so that's why we ask for leashes on Flat, level walking meandering paths thru our wooded area. Boots or sneakers please, no open toe shoes ( for your own safety). And No smoking on property, too much of a fire Hazzard. Please clean up after pet, we supply a trash can for disposal, located at the gate of the fenced area.
