Feel free to go off path, maybe you'll find something we haven't found yet! During winter seasons, we recommend you either bring snow shoes or ice cleats because access to these areas are harder to achieve, but not impossible! During spring/summer/fall, we recommend you wear long clothing to protect yourselves from any insects or plants. We are 0.5km away from the street, therefore you shouldn't worry about incoming traffic. It is very peaceful. Hope you enjoy your visit and give us your feed back!

The yard is fully fenced with a locking gate. There is a lawn area, mulch area with a garden, and a gravel area. There are 2 seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), and a hammock. There is a small waterfall with fresh untreated water that dogs like to wade through and drink from (the catch pond is a bit too small for swimming, though). There is a hose and sprinkler available. It's ideal for small or medium dogs (although friends with large golden doodles and our late German Shepherd had plenty of room to chase a ball and do their zoomies)!

PRICING CHANGE: As of July 8 pricing will increase to accommodate maintenance of pool water. Since there are more and more reservations being made, the pool water will need more product to stay in good condition for all bookings. And we have a pool if your dog loves the water. The yard can fit many dogs at once or if you wish to have the yard for yourself thats okay too. All are welcome. Le terrain que je vous propose est en forêt, en montagne. Il y a un magnifique sentier en petites roches et en terre qui fait une boucle d’environ 1 km. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de vue mais la forêt est magnifique et très privée. Nous comptons améliorer le terrain au fil du temps, par exemple en ajoutant des chaises, une table de pique-nique, des jeux pour les chiens et plus encore… Il y a aussi un petit lac privé! Si vous prévoyez vous baigner avec vos chiens apportez vos gilets de sécurité et vos serviettes! ENGLISH The land that I am offering you is in the forest, in the mountains. There is a beautiful small rock and dirt trail that loops about 1 km. There isn't much of a view, but the forest is beautiful and very private. We plan to improve the grounds over time, for example by adding chairs, a picnic table, games for dogs and more… There is a small private lake, if you plan to swim with your dogs bring your safety vests and towels! ***Charges are in USD*** This is a 1.5 acre field that is perfect for off-leash and distraction free time with your dogs! This space provides apt enrichment for dogs of all ages. The space offers a combination of grassy fields, small wooded area, and a small pond for dogs to run and explore. There is a seating area and garbage bin for owners to use. This Sniffspot provides your dog the opportunity to just be a dog! When you book a visit you will be the only person on the property, so there is no risk of distractions caused by other people or animals. Please park in front of the big gates and enter the park through the green gate to the left. If you have a new pup that is having recall problems, or you have a reactive dog, this is a perfect stress-free environment for them to enjoy. They will be able to run and play without risk of getting too far, or seeing another dog. We also offer an assortment of agility equipment. Please set it up and return it near the trees at the end of your visit. We offer a discount to anyone with foster dogs, please reach out for details. Please note that the app uses USD, so expect a 30% increase due to the exchange rate. There are some burrs on the hill under the trees. Please message me if this is a problem and I can help find a time that trains do not Typically pass by, they are late and I can only predict via (fast trains) and not CN frieght(slow trains) My dog does not react to the trains . Sometimes service vehicles pass by on railway, I have no idea when this may happen. Generally the railway is dormant. But for a severe reactive dog I can see this could be an issue. Please report any holes or digs under fences. Please indicate If you prefer long or short grass. Lawn is sprayed periodically with garlic to reduce mosquitos ticks, from my research this is non toxic and has not given my dog any issues, as the garlic spray is missing the ingredient that causes problems for dogs. Pool, mister is available. Water is city water, softened. Bring your own toys, and tennis ball for the nerf launcher. My kids also use this lawn so please pick up all dropping or barf. I recommend you bring some insect repellent. All dogs are required to have proof of up to date vaccination appropriate for the dogs age. Only dogs allowed in the pond , no humans please. Price is $15 per hr for 1st dog , $10 each additional dog .
