The field has a solid post and rail fence with welded wire on the southern section and the northern and western sections have a solid stone wall (not technically a fence) with brush and bushes about 10-15 feet thick on western part and 2-3 feet on northern section. The eastern boundary is a boulder field of large boulders and trees/brush to secure the perimeter.

Beautiful sunrises & sunsets to see. You have access to the Brandywine Creek if your dog/s likes to splash and play! Different levels of water from ankle deep, to swimming deep; many entrances to access & play in the creek for the pups and humans. Parking is safe, secure & private, so you can unload you’re pup & begin exploring. Bring the water toys, paddle boards, floats etc, if you’d like! We do it all! Fully fenced in yard with regularly mowed grass, mulch, and a small garden. Three dogs have access to the yard (when it is not booked of course) and we have many small songbirds who come to visit. There is off-street parking available as well as a swing, hose (with options dog wash materials available), and a shaded area. I work from home and will be available if needed during your booking. You may hear my dogs but they will remain inside the house for the duration of your booking.

This is a wild backyard garden and lawn where our current dog, Linus VanPuggle, plays around. Lots of goldenrod, grass and black willow grows here. The things that also grow wild are spearmint, pokeberry, elderberry, burdock and autumn clematis. We also have a firepit for the autumn or cooler weather that we utilize personally. It is fully fenced in with a gate at the deck near the driveway and at the entrance to the backyard. There is off-street parking, as well as driveway parking if we have the availability. If you do not want to have your doggie(s) on the deck, we can provide a small gate to put at the entrance to the yard on the deck. Our Linus is a happy and playful 10 year old Puggle who still thinks he's a puppy and likes to assert himself on other dogs. (he was a rescue and was difficult to change that behavior). If you do not want Linus to join you and your dog(s), please let us know! We prefer to be here during your time spent in case of emergencies. We are major dog lovers and would welcome any dog who wants to come visit! *Our deck is messy at the moment but we are in the stages of clean up*

Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for you pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! Any additional people should be added under "extras".

Hello! We purchased our rural property to give our city born pups a proper back yard. Thrilled to offer some of our extra space to dogs and their owners! Over half an acre of land behind the fenced portion of our yard is accessible for you and your dogs' use. It is nicely encompassed by mature trees, shrubs and partial neighboring fences, and is surrounded by other acre+ properties. It's a lush, quiet with both sun and shade, perfect to play ball or just meander. We've made a point of using no fertilizer or chemicals on our yard. The "dog shack" will have balls, treats, poop bags for use as needed. Property pics show easy parking as well as how to enter yard. The fenced portion of the yard is private/for our own pups at the moment - they may come to the fence to say hi! Let us know at least two hours in advance if you prefer they not be present and we can accommodate. We'll be doing a little work on our deck and garden this summer so you may catch us out. Enjoy!
