Kendall's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Minneapolis

I have a double lot in Minneapolis. The yard sits on the empty second lot. We are very close to the North Loop in a good neighborhood. Fully enclosed yard via wooden privacy fence. There is a chain link fence along the side facing the street. We are up on a hill from the street, which provides privacy from people walking by. Street parking is no problem on this block, but 14th street (the closest cross street) is always wide open. We use this yard to host entertainment events periodically during the summer so we have plenty of lawn chairs and a new fire pit that can be used. I’m new at this, so I’ll take any suggestions on how to improve the experience. Please notify me of any special requests upon registration, and I will do what I can to accommodate.

The area behind the house is quiet and peaceful and spacious. There is Chuck sticks and frisbees, but you have to bring your own balls. I always provide freshwater and dog treats and there are chairs for people to sit while their dogs run around. Also the home of Critterville self pet wash, if the dog gets stinky after it runs around it can get a warm bath before it goes home if the pet wash is available at that time. Our backyard is a half acre of fully fenced fun! Conveniently located and ample parking. Tons of room to run and sniff! Half of the backyard is grass. The other half is a mix of pollinators and weeds awaiting my picking. It was all buckthorn when we bought the house in 2021 😬 I use natural methods to control weeds by hand picking, cardboard and tarps for smothering patches of weeds as I work on slowly planting the “wild area.” The cardboard is pretty ugly, but it’s very effective in killing invasive weeds. So far I’ve planted more than 150 varieties of perennials 🌻 I haven’t verified that all the plants are dog-safe so please take precautions by preventing your dog from eating the plants.
