.5 acre, fully fenced in yard. Most of the yard is 6ft tall except for the gate area, that is a standard 4ft chain link. Grass in the summer and snow in the winter. There is a porch with chairs to sit on and kiddie pools for the dogs in the summer. There is a hose that you are more than welcome to use for the dogs. I provide water bowls and poop bags along with a scooper. There are zero gaps in the fence.

There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence. (Please early notice) The entire 10+ acres (we used to have horses, cows and sheep) is fenced (4’ farm fence). For now, feel free to wonder the entire fenced 10 acres. For Your First Visit: It is a good idea to walk your dog on a leash around the perimeter until you are comfortable. Although it is fenced, it is not possible to know every dog’s individual behavior. The tornado siren goes off every first Saturday of the month at 1:00. No joy. I am often available if needed for questions or help. We welcome suggestions! Enjoy! Winter: This Sniffspot will be open all winter. ***The snow isn’t always plowed immediately. We do our best. You may have to walk from the road (if the city also has plowed). Use your discretion.
