The 24 hrs notice is only required for the first visit, so we can sniff each other out. We live on a quiet street, with minimal traffic. Lots of kids and dogs are passing us by all day, though. Our backyard is fully fenced in with two egress gates. There are two small holes in the white fence, please see pictures, as they are only big enough for small animals to pass through. It's a nice, safe spot and we will see lots of our avian, and some burrowing, friends. No dogs live at our house right now but our neighbors do have dogs, too. We would love for some canine companions to come to play. The sprinkle pool and indoor restroom will only be available if we are actually home for your visit.

If your do is a good listener and is good off leash, this is a great large area to run and play. Bring a tent or umbrella for shade and hang out. Bring lunch.

This yard has been well-loved by kids and dogs through the past 25 years. The past 11 it was a place for our German Shepherd to run around and play ball in all types of weather. Beautiful, scenic, secluded 3.62 acres for your pups to revel in. There is a patio with table and chairs for humans to relax. front yard has a hill with a long driveway for some great exercise and backyard is fully fenced. Playground set for small children to use while the doggies run free without disturbance. The trampoline is off limits; please do not use it. Feel free to use the hose to fill your dog’s water bowl. In winter, the water is turned off. If you want to enjoy the lush (not fenced) front yard, relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch the sunset or sunrise. The view is stunning. The field is connected to a building that is currently not in use. There is an overhang that covers a small portion of the field for sun shade and weather protection. Please do not drive across the bridge - foot traffic only! I know it’s tempting to explore the surrounding acreage on property, however off leash exploring is NOT allowed in the acreage surrounding the field! If your pup would like to swim in the brook, please reach out to me for info on how to access the water!
