I am a horse trainer and you and your dog will be entering a horse training environment, complete with horse poop. 🤣 This spot is best suited for medium to large dogs who mind pretty well. Perimeter of the 36 acres is mostly mesh fenced but your dog could get under electric fence and in with the horses if they do not listen well. The back acreage/hiking trails are horse free, secluded and have varied terrain with seasonal water in the creek to play in. This is NOT a safe off leash environment for a dog with no recall. This is a wonderful environment to show your buddy new friends and let the high energy dog play.

We are not officially open for business yet. We are currently updating and installing 6 foot fencing and a few other dog entertainment activities and areas. This empty grassy lot is nestled between 2 homes and is shaded under big, beautiful trees. There is lots of room to run around, play fetch, and pick up a stick or two. Neighborhood is quiet so it's perfect for nervous pups. Great, tranquil space!

If you are facing our property boundries are defined by the tree line on the right and then a fence that extends to an open area on the left all the way to the fence at the back. CCF is a 30 acre piece of land with 20 acres of accessible land. It has large oak trees and pecan trees. There is a stock tank on the property that I try to keep mowed. The spot for Sniff clients will not be shared. However, a Sniff client may go out of the designated areas. Please do not allow your dog to poop at the campsites that are on the Farm. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR DOGS TO COME UP IN MY YARD.

We've recently moved, no one has lived here for years and the back yard has some grass but it's a big spot with 10 plus trees and plenty of squirrels to chase, we have a large enclosed back porch that your welcome to use.

Puppy play time! Bring your pups to run and explore our property. We have a fully fenced yard or an open, unfenced field…your choice! Total property is 2.5 acres. Important note: Our property is bordered by a creek. It is not to be entered/accessed by Sniffspot visitors, please.
