There is a kiddy pool, with towels to dry off, a dogo splash pad. There are 3 water drinking bowls throughout the yard for the dogs. We have some toys for kids and dogs. We have doggie first aid if needed. We have chairs out for the humans so plenty of seating. We have Umbrellas as well if need for sun or shade. Hose is always accessible to guest. Unfortunately right now M-F 6-3pm there is construction happening behind the property, out of owners control sorry.

NOTE: we will be cleaning and storing away the agility equipment for the winter season starting in September. The agility equipment displayed are only available during the summer months. A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). Note that the creek is not directly accessible from the Sniffspot. During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. Agility equipment pictured are available during the warmer months and are not available in the winter. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. Please do not park in the driveway. Enter the yard using the gate located to the left of the garage.

We keep a trail mowed that loops down into the bottom of the yard so you have a comfortable walking trail and your 4 legged friends can use it as a racetrack! Tons of smells to sniff and ample room for zoomies! There are some stickers/burrs in areas of the yard. For winter months, the slope in the yard can get icy so please wear good shoes and be mindful. My chickens have free rein to the property when there are no visitors so there will always be chicken poop on the ground in some areas more so than others. Chickens will always be secured in their predator proof coop and run. There are toys, a garbage can, a dog bowl, and extra poop bags on the patio just before the wooden stairs. Please feel free to park in the driveway on the right side of the garage!
