We are about a quarter mile off the main road and our 10 acres go deeper into the woods. We have about 5 acres of wooded areas and 5 acres of open trails. It is a beautiful and private property. The property is 100% fenced- the fencing is 3 feet high- there is a gate in the driveway, once closed it is completely fenced in. We have water available for dogs- due to the cold weather, please message me if you want water available during your visit and I will put it out ahead of time if I am home.

Please bring water.* The water is usually left ready to go, but the spigot on the side of the house is off. To use it, open the valve on the side of the house by the driveway. Two options for parking and access to backyard. Option 1: Side street parking (closest to white gate). Please note if using this access point, if the two Bernese mountain dogs across the street are outside, they most likely will come and say hi. They are both very friendly. It is out of my control to prevent this from happening. Perhaps a good training opportunity with your dog? Or if you want to avoid this from happening, please use parking option two directly across the street from my house. And enter through the chain link gate between my house and the neighbor. The neighbor on the shared fence side does have two small dogs. And the surrounding neighbors have dogs as well. Again, it is out of my control when they will be outside. The patio furniture on the deck is available for you to use while your dog is exploring.

Nearly 1/3 of an acre in Roseville available for your dog to sniff until their heart’s content! Open mowed grassy area wide enough for zoomies and long enough for fetch, as well as natural/unmanicured shaded areas for “jungle sniffari’s”. Not far off of Highway 36 and 35E, enjoy the perks of room to run while having the privacy of your own space. My backyard offers 2 acres of fully fenced forested area with over 50 trees within that area! We keep a trail mowed that loops down into the bottom of the yard so you have a comfortable walking trail and your 4 legged friends can use it as a racetrack! Tons of smells to sniff and ample room for zoomies! There are some stickers/burrs in areas of the yard. For winter months, the slope in the yard can get icy so please wear good shoes and be mindful. My chickens have free rein to the property when there are no visitors so there will always be chicken poop on the ground in some areas more so than others. Chickens will always be secured in their predator proof coop and run. There are toys, a garbage can, a dog bowl, and extra poop bags on the patio just before the wooden stairs. Please feel free to park in the driveway on the right side of the garage!

Please message me prior to adding it to your visit to make sure I'll be around to get it set up for you. • A water bowl will be on the deck (during warmer months). • There is a hose you are welcome to use(May-Sept) • A poop bag holder with bags will be on the table on the deck. • There is a trash can for 💩 bags and garbage by the gate. • Seating is available when there's no snow. There are chairs around the fire pit and also on the deck. • There is quite a bit of lighting that can be put on to light up the backyard if needed. • I will leave a towel on the table for drying off wet dogs during the winter months and during the time when things can get messy when the snow is melting. If you add a plastic pool to your visit in the summer, I will leave a towel out also.

7 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Lindstrom

Our property is a dog’s paradise! We have an open backyard, wooded trails, and an orchard out back with tall grasses. We keep the trails and orchard mowed for walking, but your dog will have ample woods, puddles, and other adventures at their disposal! Since we live in the woods, we occasionally have trees fall down on our 5 foot welded wire fence. Please be mindful if your dog is an exit seeker, although we walk the fence and mend any spots we see often. There is a large pole barn visible near the gate where you enter that is our neighbor’s yard. His yard/barn is not visible from the rest of the property once you’re down the path a little ways. For SPRING/SUMMER months, tics and mosquitos are around. We do not spray our land, so make sure you and your pup have the protection you need. In summer mosquitos are often worse near dawn and at dusk, especially in thicker parts of the woods, and less so in the backyard and orchard areas. In the winter, we snowmobile our trails to keep them walkable! There may be slippery spots here and there, so prepare accordingly! Be sure to look ahead at the roads on MN 511 in case of winter weather.
