I bought this property to bring people together so this seemed perfect. I'm working on various landscaping projects around the yard so if you have a digger, please use the back half acre. And fill in your dog's holes :D My dog will be inside during your visit. The yard is fenced. You can park inside the gate. A small portion of the fence in the frontside is 3 rail so very small dogs might be able to fit under it. The yard is 1 acre. There is a fence in the middle so if you want you can use all of it or pick a side.

It is partially wooded in the back - feel free to grab sticks to toss with your pups, but beware of the mosquitos - we provide bug spray, but this is Texas! We have a covered patio with seating as well as a deck that has two gazebos. The uncovered portion of the deck does get quite hot in the summer, so please be careful. We have a fun turf area and rock box for your human kids to play in as well. Feel free to use the fire pit while your dog runs around, with reservations of at least two hours.
