Thank you for viewing us! Our backyard is a private area, fully fenced with plenty of space for your dog to exercise and enjoy some time outside. It backs up to a wooden area that you are free to explore but it is not part of the fenced area. We live on a cul-de-sac so there's plenty of parking options in front of the house as well as a drive way for accessibility. Large fenced in back yard. Our neighbors have dogs but they aren’t out all the time. We have a hammock, trampoline, pooper scooper, and water! We also have all the things to keep the bugs away.!

The yard has a small patio with a table and 2 chairs! A dog water bowl, some tennis balls, and a water bowl are available as well as a pooper scooper and trash can if needed! My yard backs up to a field, so you don’t have to worry about anyone being behind you and we only have neighbors on one side of us, so it’s pretty private! There aren’t any holes or gaps in the fencing either, so if your pup is sneaky and like to get out, that shouldn’t be a problem.

A northeast side yard not to big not small yard for your dog to run around and play and explore the outside world

This unique spot just east of downtown San Antonio is a fully fenced large back yard, and smaller side yard, on one of the 7 largest lots (0.37 acre) in Dignowity Hill. The yards take up over half the property. The yards are wildscaped with native plants, rain gardens, and young trees. The gardens and plants vary a lot from season to season, as you can see in photos. There are lots of places for your dogs to run and explore, and to romp through plants and grasses. Lots of sticks to play with, as we tend to leave them where they fall. Our own 6 dogs and 2 foster dogs call this back yard home; and they are not small dogs. Consider the yard dog-tested and dog-approved. The side yard can be closed off as a separate smaller area if you have a puppy, for example, that you only want to have roam of a smaller area. There is a lot of shade in the side yard. There is seating here and there throughout the yards and we leave a couple of folding chairs at the gate that you are welcome to use. If you are looking for a well-manicured space, please know that this will not be your style. :) There is a flat footpath of crushed granite that was put down several years ago. It’s not perfect, but it’s lovely. It’s 0.01 miles around. If wildflowers grow up in the middle of the path; that is where we tend to leave them, so please watch your step. As long as you do not allow your dog(s) to dig up the plants, or to eat them, they aren’t going to hurt anything by rough running and playing! So don’t worry! As you enter you will see a blue plastic kiddie pool. Feel free to use the hose to fill it. If you would empty it and give it a quick rinse after, we would appreciate it! And help yourself to whatever drinks are in the cooler outside the gate! Enjoy! Logistical info: Enter through the front gate and latch it behind you. Follow the sidewalk to the back right of the house. Proceed down the driveway toward the garage and you will see the gate to the back yard to your left. Again, please be certain to close and lock the gate behind you. The metal gate is about 4 1/4 ft tall (see photos. The other fencing is 6 ft wood privacy fence with subterranean chicken wire to keep our dog in who likes to dig under.

Hello and welcome to our safe and private dog park in our home. Our park is your park so please make yourselves at home. We have a good sized yard for your dog to get some exercise and hang out with their favorite person, you! We have two dogs, a Golden Retriever and a Mini Poodle. When you are visiting, they will be safely tucked away in their own comfy crates. You are free to use the bathroom in the house, if needed. Please keep Fido in the backyard when you use the restroom. Our yard backs up to a utilities alleyway, so there is no traffic running along the back fence. We have dog friendly neighbors on either side of us. The yard is fenced on all sides so it is safe for small dogs, too. We have big trees, too, so the yard has some shade. Hope you enjoy your time with us!
