23 beautiful acres with amazing views of the valley below. Good mix of fields woodlands short and long grass. A small creek runs thru the property. This is a small private homestead, we do have goats, chickens and ducks. Also a flower garden and fruit and nut trees. The front part of the property is fenced, but the rest of the acreage is not. We also have 2 doggy poop stations for you to dispose of all the gifts your pooch may leave behind. At the top of the hill there are 2 Adirondack chairs for you to catch your breath and take in the spectacular view!

The pasture has perimeter field fencing. There may on occasion be large animals like sheep or horses grazing in a nearby pasture, DO NOT allow your dog to harass the animals. Any pasture with farm animals should not be entered, there are separate gates to each section of pasture. If you notice animals in the pasture when you've arranged to use it, please knock on the door and we will assist you or direct you to an open pasture.

Our private, off-leash park, located just outside of Philomath City limits, is for puppies of all ages, sizes and behavior levels. Easy access with parking only a few feet away. Additional space for extra large vehicles to park, including motorhomes or trucks. Reactive dogs are welcome! We offer the use of a large, fenced, level field for training, play time or socializing. Plenty of room to exercise or enjoy a doggie wading pool in warm weather, with no unwelcome direct contact with other dogs or people. You are always welcome to add friends to your reservation, just please keep me posted if there’s more than two vehicles coming and going so we can accommodate. Extras to add on: summer access to the river*, wading pool, splash pad, special walking areas, or you can even book a party! *Note: You must add on the extra: “Tour of the Farm”, in order to reserve private river access, or special use areas in the future. This is a one-time extra, for the safety of all owners, dogs, your hosts, and farm employees! {It is not necessary to do this during your first visit.} Getting here: watch for your first time welcome message that arrives the day of your visit for more specific location info.

The property is a horse ranch on 25 acres surrounded by private forest. There is a shallow year round creek that is refreshingly cold and also a large pond that your dog can swim in. There are hiking trails that start at the edge of the property. The trails are mostly uphill. The outdoor and indoor arenas are available for an extra fee. They are mostly dog proof for large dogs but not escape proof for small dogs. The horses wander around the property early in the morning so if your dog chases horses it should be kept on a leash around the horses. I recommend that I show you around your first time out here. To get here you must be prepared to drive down 5 miles of gravel road. There is a gate to get into the property. The gate code will be sent to you with the welcoming message. Cell phone signals are weak once you get on the gravel so check the pre-visit message sent two hours before the appointment before you get out of cell service.

30 unfenced acres of tall grass and trees a bit swampy in the lower area in the winter. But quiet and lovely. Lots of fruits you are welcome too in the summer and fall. Also home to deer and birds (who prefer to be left alone). Couple of comfy chairs and a table to enjoy a glass with the sunset. Please be respectful of our neighbors, and pick up after your selves and your pups. Much of the property is being reforested please do not disturb the trees and shrubs.

Welcome to Molalla Ripple. We are providing three pastures that run along the Molalla River for your visit. You have the choice of pastures to use. We only offer one booking per hour to allow for a quiet and enjoy full visit. If you check out the river, we ask that your pup is on a leash since we may have campers with dogs or wildlife in the area. We have deer that like to visit our camp sites and apple trees. ***** when making a reservation, please make 24 hours in advance***** A little wet right now. But it’s a beautiful spot tucked away from people. Fully fenced area around a pond. If your pup likes water this spot is perfect for you. There will be goats in the area they are nice. They will leave you alone. And I do have ducks also but they come up to the house during the day to eat. If you choose to come and pay screen shot the map I drew because the service is really bad.

Several trails, a shallow creek, and partially wooded. Main loop trail (Rogue Loop) is 0.56 miles in length. The rest of the trails add another 1/2 mile. Access to hose and bowl for fresh water and rinsing off muddy feet (not available when temperatures are below freezing). WiFi available (rogue ranch guest) at the front of property, and cell service throughout. Property can be muddy if it has been/is raining. Recommend boots for humans. Recommend strong recall for dogs visiting or long lead. Bring towels to clean/dry dog feet. Please pick up after your pet and dispense in one of the three waste containers along the trails. Please be respectful of privacy to the occupants in the house!

3 acres fully fenced with 8 ft fence. Goats may be in adjacent field. Creek with small day cabin available. Bring water bottles as water is not accessible on back fields. Water is available at our barn area. Site is rustic!!!! Wear hiking shoes. Cabin is along the creek.

We have a large open area chipped with some agility equipment and fun obstacles to use for doggie parkor. It’s great for fetch and training.

This is a working horse facility, but we love dogs too! All the good sniffs at our outside riding area! We have jumps and obstacles that we use for the horses, and dogs will like them too. Lots of squirrels (please don’t let your dogs dig for them in the flower garden) and other wildlife around. There are gates at the location, but maybe not suitable if your dog can get through it (see photos). The creek is year-round and accessible via a trail. On-leash for sure in this area I’d say.
