Come and enjoy the Kansas City areas first continuing Sniffspot private rentable dog yard. When you book our yard it is yours alone no other dogs or people to deal with, feel free to bring your family or friends as you and your pup/pups enjoy play, sniffing or just relaxing. Our yard is 125' by 70' + private yard, fencing is 3.5 feet in height, fresh water will be made available (with ample notice). This area is our play yard for our pups we are continuing to improve it as time and funds allow, we do have some equipment (currently hurdles, weave poles) on site that can be made available if requested (may be out but can be removed if you wish) One side of our yard does meet our neighbors property and they might be mowing or trimming during your visit ( if it does occur and disrupts your vist please let me know). Huge 4 lots with many trees.

Simple back yard play area. .17 acres fully fenced in area with access to hose, can provide filtered water for dogs during 9-3 hours. Will be a 15 foot above ground pool in the dirt circle showed in pics, not for dogs. Solar panels create cover for dogs in hot &/or rainy weather. No cover for humans unless want to use the solar panels as well. Will be purchasing shelter eventually. No seating except couple lawn chairs. Fire ring avaialbe for small fires, must preregister to use. Dog bags & treats available from 10-2. Have a few frisbees & balls that our dogs can share. Fully fenced yard with outside entry. Plenty of toys and woodland creatures to run and play with! Back fence has since been finished to match the height of the rest of the fence.

Nice sized yard on culdesac. Fully fenced. Can sit under the gazebo while dog sniffs about the yard. Will leave water bowl and toys accessible. Never treated with fertilizers or pesticides. Have a dog scooper that comes weekly.

This space includes a new, fully enclosed privacy fence, (Some photos may show the old fence), and an area for sitting while your dogs explore. The neighborhood is safe and rather quiet, but you will likely hear/see people and dogs in the neighborhood during your visit. Please avoid pups from digging in the yard. The yard is pooper scooped frequently, but please pick up after your pups during your visit. :)

Nice sized back yard. Wide open no trees. Can park in Driveway and access gate. There are gates on either side of the yard. Be sure both are closed.
