Though you are encouraged to still bring flashlights:) Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! The pool has a large landing area easy for dogs to get in and out of. Then we have a turfed fully fenced yard near the pool. The horses do share the fence line but if you have a reactive or nervous dog we’re more than happy to put them away so your dog can’t see them at all. I also have life vests for the dogs, one in every size. I recommend all beginners to wear one. It helps them learn and gives them a sense of security. I have watched a lot of dogs learn to swim now and this is the most successful way that I've seen. There is also a waist floatation device if you need it for yourself. No Minors Pool is for doggie guests 😊 humans can get in for safety and support IF needed but dog(s) should be the focus. Guests assume all risks, damages and liability My price $55 for 1-3 dogs it is $10 each additional dog after that for up to 7 dogs. (not the price sniff spot offers) Sniff spot doesn't allow me to set up my fee's the way I want. It only allows per dog. This is a very big back yard large part pavers, large portion turf, and other dirt. On A clear day you can see to ocean, Catalina, and Long Beach. This big yard has a door that leads to the hiking trail of Whiting Ranch (I am not responsible for if you chose to go out there) but it is beautiful trail I take my dogs and kids on. At least once a month we see deer out there. Great space for the dogs and the owners. You both will enjoy this yard just like me and my dogs do also. In summer can put out small kiddy pool and sprinkler for dogs to run through. Comfortable table and chairs. Huge balcony for shade and cover.

Humans are welcome to water play with their pups. 🌿 Sniff & Explore: Follow the side yard through our naturally fragrant rosemary and lavender bushes for a little sensory enrichment. 🏖️ Dig: I’m building a sand pit but they’re welcome to dig in the mulch for now! 🐢 Play: a pup ball pit for another way to play outside the pool. 🫧 Oasis Coat Care: Our grooming station includes fresh water, dog shampoo, brushes, and a professional heated pet dryer for before-and-after swim coat care. ❤️ Swim for a Cause: We foster rescue dogs and kittens, and your visits help support their food, supplies, and care. Whether your pup wants to sniff, dig, play, splash, swim, or lounge poolside, there’s something for them at the Oasis. Up to two humans per dog are included; additional guests may be added through Extras. 🌴 Come play, make a splash, and head home with one very happy pup! 🐾💦

As always, lots of fun spaces to check out! Hills, flats, big trees, shade, and boulders! Open all daylight ☀️hours — come early morning or later afternoon/evening for cooler visits. Pups are welcome anywhere on the property except the small fenced off area at the back of the house. Wading pool usually available up near the house for dogs’ water play. Amenities include chairs, toys, water for dogs, free accessories, and other items to make your visit enjoyable 💖. Please wear shoes appropriate for natural uneven terrain that includes rocks, pine cones, animal burrows, etc. Also, please do your best to pick up and dispose of your pups’ “💩.” Bags and a trash can are always available.
