8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. Separate 32 acres is accessible with a stream but has to be guided the first time. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! Two vehicle maximum. Extra charge for more, see extras. It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it happens right in front of you. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. Just for your information. This “farmette” is in a neighborhood so there may be other dogs in other peoples yards that you might hear. We also have a family dog that might be visible occasionally in our own private yard, far away and totally separate from the Sniffspot. You may occasionally hear the neighboring dog barking (if he's outside), and at times he may be visible through the fence, but the yard remains fully enclosed for safety. If that makes you uncomfortable at any time you can always use the other side of the large yard. The yard features mature trees and a privacy fence, creating a comfortable setting for you and your dogs. It is easily accessible from the driveway/street, has off street parking, and is wheelchair friendly. For those who’d like a better view of the space, there is also a large balcony overlooking the entire yard.
