The Pawfect Escape: Private Fenced Yard in Burbank

***Last minutes bookings always welcome!*** Welcome to The Pawfect Escape — where leashes come off, zoomies begin, and tails never stop wagging! 🐾 Tucked away in a quiet Burbank neighborhood, this fully fenced private backyard is your pup’s personal paradise. With approximately 3,000 square feet of open space, there’s plenty of room to run, sniff, roll, explore, and do whatever makes your dog’s heart sing. Easy to find, even easier to love: enter on the right side of the house and look for the Sniffspot sign. The gate is one of the smoothest you’ll ever use — seriously, it’s a delight. Morning visits are especially magical. The sun is gentle, the vibe is peaceful, and street parking is usually a breeze. Street sweeping is 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Tuesdays on my side of the street and Wednesdays on the opposite side, so please check the signs when you park. Just a friendly heads-up: our neighbors have dogs on the other side of the fence. You won’t see them, but you may hear the occasional bark. Most pups settle right in and forget all about it! 🐕 There’s a water spigot on site to keep your pup hydrated. Just turn it on slowly so you don’t end up wetter than your dog! 💧 We also have a self-service pool on site if your pup wants to cool off! It's not pre-filled — you're welcome to fill it yourself (it takes about 10 minutes to fill completely). Please drain it after use and give it a quick rinse so it's fresh for the next sniffer! We’re on a 1/3 of an acre in a quiet part of North Claremont. Lots of open grassy space but also lots of trees and shrubs and bushes to explore. Fully fenced and with seating for the “parents”. Easy no-contact access. There are two gates available to enter by, both visible and easy to access from the front yard. Free and abundant street parking on the cul-de-sac directly in front of the house.

We both love dogs and have a 3-year old husky who loves playing and running around in the backyard. We would love to see more dogs enjoy our spacious yard. Please pick up after your dog and make sure they take care of our plants and trees. Please note that, for your safety and ours, the outdoor area is monitored by cameras.

Silverlake / Rampart Village Private Dog Park

Fully fenced backyard by Sunset Blvd in Silverlake. Close to DTLA, Hollywood, etc. Large backyard area with astroturf grass, area with mulch dirt, etc. There’s 3 levels so it’s a great place for dogs to run and jump around. Plenty of shade from trees and lounge chair seating for the pup’s humans. Please keep in mind: there are a number of stairs to get to the backyard area (see pictures!). The backyard also has levels that are not fenced and there are different types of terrain in the spot (astroturf, rocks, dirt, etc).

Grassy Glendale Backyard

Lovely grassy play area has many trees and seating. The shade from the trees in the afternoon is lovely. We are the longest running SS in the area- hosting doggies since 2020! The Sniffspot play area is from driveway to rear of property. A row of chairs semi-blocks Hosts area of backyard belongings, but it is not a problem for doggoes or hoomans to temporarily go there to sniff, pee and fetch balls. The drought, popularity & watering restrictions do affect the condition of the grass. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats. You would be the only guest for your booked time. Please securely latch & rechain gate when arriving & departing. Refer to photos. Private home fully fenced backyard. The yard is half grass and half cement. There are tables, chairs, shade, and WiFi available for pawrents. Water, a wading pool, treats, toys, a pooper scooper, and a trash can for the pups. I’ve got 5 dogs: a Pug, Italian greyhound, Maltese, French Bulldog, Boxer mix, and a cat. They stay inside the house while your pup plays in the backyard. There is a play structure for kids, a ping pong table, basketball, and horseshoes to entertain you while your pup plays. There’s no charge for additional humans up to 10 guests. I’m also happy to host birthday parties for your pups! For your safety and ours, the security cameras are on, but your privacy will always be respected. First time guests can use discount code First-Time-5 for $5 off your first visit. Located in Santa Clarita. 3 minutes away from Albertsons, post office, and convenience stores incase you need to run errands. Doggie bags for poop, first aid kit, towels, and water for doggies and the Owner will be provided. No pool to worry about and no nasty pesticides or harmful fertilizers. The best way I can describe the backyard is a mix of Grass, Dirt, and pavement. For the Human guest we have a nice seating area under a gazebo with sun shades to stay cool. Water bottles will be provided as well.
