Mostly flat terrain for easier walking. Some trails are rocky, some have alot of protruding roots, ground is uneven in areas. Vinegar and salt mixture used for a weed killer on some of the trails. You're very likely to see squirrels and deer. Occasional dog barking in the background. Sometimes neighbors mowing/ kids playing. Pretty private, but not completely isolated. You might see a car driving past. Clearing will be squishy and back trails will be muddy after it rains. Not necessary to bring poop bags, just relocate it if it ends up where you walk. Fully fenced in .25 acres yard with a concrete patio that is level with the yard. No stairs to climb! There is a patio set with extra chairs and side tables, 11 foot umbrella for shade. There are dog toys always available, toddler friendly toys and snacks/beverages available for a fee. I work from home so any need for bathroom breaks can be done when I can open up the door.
