roughly 1 acre fenced in. 2 acres of wooded area, it will be getting wood chips over the summer. Access to river(slow moving water) roughly 4 foot deep in the deepest. Backyard is big enough to throw a bal and dog get to full speed. The trail being wood chipped will be softer on dogs feet than hot pavement. It will be a quarter mile loop for a running trail.
