This is a fully fenced (5' fencing) K-9 Agility park. There are a large variety of jumps, tunnel, weave poles, teeter, and Pause Table on premise. We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. With temperatures dropping into the 20's at night now, we have removed the hose station until Spring when it becomes warmer again. Please remember to bring water for your pups!! 💧💧💧💧 Poop bags, dog treats and tennis balls are provided. Off street parking on grass, parallel to the front fence. As water activities are now closed for the season we are using our stock tank to house most of our toys so that the dogs can jump in to play or choose one for yard play. The 8.4 acres has several ATV trails that make hiking easy for you and your four legged friends. If you decide to go off trail it is wooded but not heavily. There is also a large open area of just grass that give several stream access points. There are several picnic tables and large roofed area with seating and power. There are also several spigots to fill up water bottles and water bowls. Some bowls are provided and cleaned after each use if you would like to use.

If you run out of energy faster than your dog, let them explore while you relax on the deck either in the sunlight on cushioned chairs, or under the covering providing shade and an outdoor sectional! There is a hose with water available upon request for dog bathing - (bring your own shampoo and towel). There will be poo bags, a pooper scooper and trash bucket available for cleanup after your pup(s) has done their business. Bug spray available upon request. Please note, two dogs reside inside the home. You should not see them, may hear them bark at times. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! Enjoy! Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is uncovered and ready to swim for an additional charge (see below”Extras”). The fencing between the yard and pool is not 100% secure, just keep an eye on your pups. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot.
