This is a fully fenced (5' fencing) K-9 Agility park. There are a large variety of jumps, tunnel, weave poles, teeter, and Pause Table on premise. We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. With temperatures dropping into the 20's at night now, we have removed the hose station until Spring when it becomes warmer again. Please remember to bring water for your pups!! 💧💧💧💧 Poop bags, dog treats and tennis balls are provided. Off street parking on grass, parallel to the front fence. Bottled water, people snacks, hand warmers, chairs and table provided for humans. Dog treats, clean tennis balls, and extra poop bags in Rubbermaid bin under the table. We have enough parking for 3 vehicles along the front fence. Please keep vehicles down to 3 max. Thank you!!

Before You Let Your Dog Off Leash * The upper play area is fully fenced and gated for secure off-leash play. * Always close and latch the gate behind you. Park Rules 1. Entry is by reservation only. 2. You are responsible for your dog(s), your guests, and any children in your party during your visit. 3. Dogs must remain under your supervision and control at all times. 4. If your dog displays aggressive or unsafe behavior, leash them immediately and end your visit. 5. Please clean up after your dog. Waste bags and a trash receptacle are provided. 6. Do not leave dogs unattended. 7. Please stay within the designated dog park areas and respect neighboring properties. 8. Mind Your Manorville Private Dog Park

The pool is CLOSED. Welcome to our 3/4 acre fully fenced yard. Foliage provides a large amount of privacy and our spot is generally quiet, with rare sightings of neighbors and wildlife (hawks, birds, squirrels). We have a hose you can use, and a pergola with seating and chairs to relax. Two gates are located on either side of the house which are latched. A third gate is present along our neighbors fence which is latched and secured with a zip tie and bungee - a small gap exists. We have reactive dogs and know the struggle of finding a quiet place to enjoy. Our neighbor has a young dog that sometimes barks along the fence until they come and retrieve her. We communicate with them to avoid this as best we can. If you’d like to avoid tall grass, our yard is mowed/trimmed every other Thursday. Send us a message to determine what days it’s been mowed to enjoy a manicured yard visit. If you plan to enjoy the pool, please be sure your dog is wearing a life jacket and supervised at all times. Do not allow them to scratch at the side of the pool - guide them to use the stairs for entry and exist. NO GLASS near the pool or in the yard. Be sure to check yourself and dogs for ticks after a visit! Continuous tick preventatives are recommended for your outdoor pets! Let us know if you have any questions.
