Let your doggos run and play in a fully fenced, mature wooded setting right in the center of Indianapolis! The property is a certified wildlife habitat. As your pets play, enjoy birdwatching and sightings of cardinals, woodpeckers, blue jays, bluebirds, hummingbirds, finches, and more. Wildlife less present in winter. No pesticides or chemicals are used anywhere on the property. Grass is doggy-safe. Only organic cedar mulch with no dyes are present. A bat house installed at the back of the woods helps control mosquitos naturally in summer. There is some mud/dirt in the yard by the patio and near the entry gate as a result of getting a new concrete patio last fall. Please try to keep dogs out of the mud and out of the garden beds. Total lot size .67 acres; only the backyard is used for Sniffspot guests. Nearby traffic sounds are possible but not constantly present.

Lush, fully fenced backyard in quiet, dog friendly neighborhood. .5 acre space - plenty of room for dogs to run and play, while you sit and enjoy the area. Located right off 96th and Ditch, convenient for travelers on I-465, Highway 31, or Michigan Rd. We have a dog (kept away from view when you visit), children and a cat. This is not a good place for aggressive dogs for this reason, and because our neighbors have a dog (visible through the fence). Guests may park in the horseshoe circle drive in front of the house (please don't block the driveway to the garage) and let themselves into the back yard using the wrought iron gate next to the garage and trash cans. Thanks for checking out my area for your dog. My yard is 2,500 square feet which is completely fenced. I had planted a tree a couple years ago, so there is some shade. In the center of my yard has a fire pit which I do use and I do not mind if you use it too. Water and treats with a nice open spot will make your dog happy. I had a husky and he never did escape so you can feel safe with your dog here.

Dogs are welcome to swim—bring towels and be prepared for some mud if it’s been raining or you have a pond monster doggy. Woods have wonderful smells, my dogs sometimes find delightful things to roll in. A hose is available for use on warm days. Our property is a mix of 2 open pastures, and trails through the woods. There is a smaller totally fenced in area (former goat enclosure) that’s great for working on recall and scent work. We have 2 houses with yards at the address. Simply follow the driveway past the yards to the Spot behind. When you see the white barn, you’re there! Feel free to roam and play. Off leash is fine as long as your friend has good recall. Our dogs have their own fenced yards up at the houses. Our property borders a riding stable on one side, so you may see horses and riders. On the other side of the property is a shooting range (about a mile away) so if your pooch is gun shy be aware you could hear shots.
