My backyard dog park is filled with toys, obstacles, and more fun than you’ll find anywhere else. -my neighbors do have dogs but there is a big distance and privacy fence in between my yard and theirs. It hasn’t seem to disturb my guests with their (reactive) dogs much at all yet. She often puts them away if they get too much. Aside from the driveway before you enter, there is no direct barrier to their fence. Expect to have availability again in May** Enjoy a fully fenced spot (4 foot wire mesh livestock style fencing), run through mowed grass, tall natural meadow (we are “rewilding” a portion of our yard to native plants), two short wooded trails and access to a large pond with dock. Dogs are welcome to swim—bring towels and be prepared for some mud if it’s been raining or you have a pond monster doggy. Woods have wonderful smells, my dogs sometimes find delightful things to roll in. A hose is available for use on warm days. We do have chickens on site and ask you not allow your dog to harass them as you enter and leave (chickens are in a separate fenced area and in a coop/run).
