Let you and your pups be free!! Visit our 220 acres which 218 acres is reserved for a leash free day! Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park. Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge the whole way in or enjoy mountain trails on the right side of the driveway. Marathon runners love training here! Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean flowing creek. Take a break so you and your pup(s) can enjoy pure relaxation. *Inquire about camping overnight if you love it too much to leave. We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do. *Please note when you make a reservation it will be booked on central time zone. I’m happy to honor eastern time when possible. *Rules are simple but some forget, which is to leave the land the way you find it. 🐶💕 *Do not carve on trees please, especially the big tree at the back boundary with Indian carvings on it. 🐶💕 *Do not leave bags of waste along the driveway. Dogs get to be dogs here so bagging isn’t necessary but if you bag their waste, then take it to the provided garbage can. 🐶💕 *a horse trough is provided in place of a picnic table / bench at the back boundary next to the small fire pit which has wood stacked and ready for use. *The water can rise during floods coming into the back boundary field so accommodations are being made for a heavier picnic table that won’t wash away like the first one did 🙂 *please always check back for updates as the property continues to improve for pups and their parents 🐶💕 * ALWAYS close the gate behind you unless your told otherwise please 🐶💕

Beautiful 27-acre property in rural Wartrace with plenty of room for dogs of any size or breed to come play, off or on leash. This is an awesome opportunity for you and your pet to go on the fun-filled, adventure-packed, private field trip you’ve been waiting for! We have a creek and pond on site for the water loving fur babies to use as they please! We ask that you use the second entrance that has a gravel driveway and parking area, rather than the entrance to the main house. There will be signage at the correct entrance. Keep in mind that we have a fence on all sides except along the road. However, our road isn’t very busy, and you will be far enough off the road enough that we do not foresee any problems, as long as your dog doesn’t have a tendency of heading for the hills as soon as they are off leash. Even then, I think there is enough room that any dog will be free to run and play without harm. We have two dogs of our own, so please let me know if you would like me to put them up during your visit. If not, my doggos are friendly and would love to play with your pet(s)! Most of the pets in the pictures provided are of dogs I have watched for friends and family in the past. Oh, and no need to bag poo. 😁

Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced, over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (1/1/2025 OUR POOL IS DOWN FOR RENOVATIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE 😭) (dogs allowed to swim in the pond and as soon as the pool is back up, duh!). Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 3 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely! Welcome to Zoey’s Barn Yard Playground. We have a total of 7 acres with 5 available for plenty of doggy fun. There are 3 sections of fenced areas and lots of field space to play in. You will see 3 field gates on the property. Please feel free to open or close these for your convenience to section off play areas. We have cut a path that runs around the perimeter of the property for your curious pups and walking pleasure. There is a barn for protection from the rain and sunshine. Located there is a water spicket with a hose attached for use, trash can and a basket with extra waste bags, toys, bug spray, sunblock, towels and some water bottles for puppy parents. There are also a few camp chairs for your use located near the grill. Please excuse the barns appearance. You never know what project we may be in the middle of. Though we don't mind if your fur baby enters the barn, please do not use it as a play area. We are planning to refill the pond in the next few weeks for some water fun. We will be sure to add this on the amenities page once it is complete. Feel free to say hello to our fenced in chickens and ducks behind the barn. Let’s us know if you have any questions.

Fenced in back yard in Baxter! We have a hose and spigot, as well as bowls for pups to drink. We also have a toy basket with dogs. Our dog Wrigley will not have access to the spot while you are here, but you may be able to hear her from inside the house. We will have dog waste bags with the toys and bowls. Feel free to throw waste in the trashcan by the garage or leave it and we will get it. We have a large patio set with enough seats for 8 people, a fire pit, and plenty of space for humans to relax while their pup sniffs.

Come let your pup explore the great outdoors on Bon Air Mountain! This private 3 acre partially fenced doggy oasis offers woods, a field, tall and short grass all free from harmful chemicals and painful pavement! The barn located on the property offers a unique sniffing experience for your pup or shelter from a pop up rain. Indoor facilities are available for humans, as well as a fire pit located on the property. Pup play area is highlighted in photos!

Were Just a little friendly spot in the country for your dog to be free for a moment and take a break and look at the beautiful countryside. Please shoot me a text before you come as I have dogs of my own loose that I will have to put up. If anything.is needed text me and I will bring you whatever it is if it's available whether that be food and water for you or fido or if you need to use a restroom or get the wifi code or need chairs or access to the fire pit . We don't currently have a trashcan so please pick up after yourselves and use the honor and integrity system and don't steal from our land. Everything is lit up all hours and everything is on camera at all hours. If it is passed 8 pm stay in field. Before that feel free to Hollar for any needs . The big floofy dog is marshmallow and the little terrier is kali. Please leave them be as they will not bite they are chipped. Text me or call me and i will put them up if they are out. Please don't run them over. They will gladly accept pup treats and kisses from small hoomans who like to slobber and share snacks.

We’ve got 25 acres here Donkeys and chickens live in the front half. We’ve got 8 dogs - best breed EVER: RESCUE 😎🤘🏻 Back of property is beautiful…pond. Trails. Even a creek…..it’s a hike But we’ll worth the walk we moved from Houston TX 4 yrs ago and laugh all the time. Cuz we bought our “kids” their dream …….come check it out

The outdoor play area of our facility is available for Sniffspot guests. Please park around the back side of the building by following the white vinyl fence. Please enter the gate featuring a designated "Sniffspot" sign. The building will be locked, and there is active video surveillance. Please make sure the gate is closed when you leave. Enjoy your sniff!

The property is over 2 acres but we are asking visitors to stay in front of the house because there is some farm equipment debris in the back yard area. The yard had farm fencing on one side and tree line on the other but will not contain any dogs smaller than a cow. There is a fully fenced in small run open for use.
