Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced, over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (1/1/2025 OUR POOL IS DOWN FOR RENOVATIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE 😭) (dogs allowed to swim in the pond and as soon as the pool is back up, duh!). Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 3 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely! The entire creek flows roughly October / November till first of July. 2026 has been rainy so we’ve only had a few day in July the lower end of creek was dry, so rare. Rain fills this creek fast so it may be dry in early July, August, September and early October but be full the next morning after a rain (use my address on weather channel app or inquire with me before your visit ) Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge the whole way in or enjoy mountain trails on the right side of the driveway. Marathon runners love training here! Heal with a Cold plunge in the creek vs going to a cryo therapy facility. ******please note: I only own the the center of the creek. Other land owners across from creek own to the center of the creek as well.****** if you see other land owners swimming at the back boundary, please choose another area to swim in till they leave*******. The mountain side and driveway itself it’s a safe place where you will not see other people and should only see wildlife. Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean flowing creek. Take a break so you and your pup(s) can enjoy pure relaxation. *Inquire about camping overnight if you love it too much to leave. We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do. *Please note when you make a reservation it will be booked on central time zone. *Rules are simple which is to leave the land the way you find it. 🐶💕 * if you need to leave bags of waste on side of driveway (I completely understand lol) please let me know where you’ve left it. please note: Dogs get to be dogs in nature here so bagging isn’t necessary 💕. We would love to host you and your beloved fur babies in our very nice, fully fenced in backyard! We are located just about 20 minutes outside of downtown Chattanooga. We have a trampoline and swing set available for children to play while your dog runs free! We can offer water for your pups, as well as for you. We lost our fur baby about 2 years ago, so yours will be free to enjoy it to themselves. I do have a small dog pool I can fill up for them to use. Our larger (small) pool is not for use. I have a water bowl and there is plenty of shade, seating, and tables provided. If necessary, we will allow use of our indoor restroom. Can supply hand sanitizer or soap, bottled water, and snacks if necessary. Hope to host you and your pups!

Large backyard that backs up to Peavine Creek. Creek is about 4’ in its deepest areas. Large trails allow you to walk along creek and there’s even a “beach” are where dogs and humans can play in shallow water!!! Perfect for walking or just playing in the woods. Dog leash is required for aggressive dogs or if other dogs are in the same area. This is in a neighborhood, but no dogs are running around. Might see a cat or two though. Old Mill Trace Subdivision is convenient to I-75, Costco (Ringgold) and I can be at the TN state line in less than 2 miles. Just off Battlefield Parkway (exit 350).
