Rent the best private dog parks hosted by locals in Midland, North Carolina

Private acreage with rolling hills and a creek that runs through it. Acreage is wooded however there are some trails if you don't like going off the beaten path. Trails are located behind the house. We ask that our guests stay on the trail on the south side due to it being hunting season and our neighbor hunts. There are no trespassing signs posted so please look for these when back there. We do not do maintenance on the property during the winter. The property is mostly wooded so it will be like taking a hike in the mountains. On the path leading to the creek please be careful there is a drop off just before you get to the creek. If you follow the creek going north you will come to a culvert, there you can cross and explore the other 4 acres. You may see some deer or turkey. We want our guests to enjoy what we have to offer and are open for any suggestions to improve. Happy hiking. :)

Two and a half acres of wide open space for you and your dog! Included in your visit are dog water bowls, toys, and a “chuck it” stick for games of fetch with your dog. There is plenty of shade spaces in the back left corner of the field. PARKING: Once you pull onto the gravel driveway, come down the hill until you reach the clearing. Immediately to your right is the designated parking area, which is right next to the pasture entrance.

Fully fenced in yard to run around in! Play fetch, frisbee, or work on some agility tasks! Gate located off driveway, table and chairs to relax at while the pup plays. Available agility equipment are jumps, tunnel, dog walk, table, tire hoop, mini A-frame/dog walk trainer. Yard is regularly sprayed (safe for pups) for mosquitos so it will be a bug free experience!

This is a very quiet place on a country road where your dogs can be off leash and free to explore nature. The full four acres are surrounded by a 5 foot fence and there is a small creek running through the property. There is a wide spot in the creek that is easily the most popular spot for our canine visitors! There are larger fields and open areas for your dogs to practice their retrieving, and there are many paths in the woods for hiking. The beginning of each path is marked with quartz stones to show you the way. You will also find several benches scattered throughout the property so that you can take a load off while your dogs run and play. When it rains the property can be quite wet in some areas, so bring boots and a towel to clean off your muddy (but happy!) dog. There is a full competition size agility field within the four acres. The agility equipment is completely fenced in and will be accessible only to those who have had at least one formal beginner's agility class. This is to keep you and your dog safe and to prevent misuse of the equipment. Please message the host when you book the spot and before your first visit to discuss your agility experience if you are wanting to access the equipment. **I would really like for your first visit to be on a weekend or a Tuesday (my day off) so that I can meet with you to show you some details about the property and discuss parking. After the first visit, book whenever you want! If you absolutely cannot make it these days for your first visit, we can work something out. 🙂

Come and enjoy our large yard and nice swimming pool for you and your pups. The swimming pool has an 5ft deep “shallow” area and an 8ft deep “deep end” area. There are two access points, a ladder and then steps that would be easy for your pups to use. The pool is along two different grass areas that is fully fenced in for your dogs to play. There is a table and chairs, with an umbrella located at the pool. Also, an enclosed porch with furniture, a radio, towels and plenty of dogs toys. In the fenced in area you will see various plants, flowers, trees, rocky areas, and also dirt areas where my own puppy loves to dig. If you exit throughout the two gate doors next to the pool, there is a larger yard for even more running room. It is unfenced, so please have good recall with your dogs or a long leash! There are trees, plants, a pond and a building in this outer portion. Our next door neighbors, and neighbor behind doesn’t have any pets that would be a distraction. - I have three extras that you can add which would be a cooler full of snacks for you and your pets and also bath time if your pup needs to be squeaky clean! And we’ll pick up your pets poop too if you add this extra. *There are rubber chuck-it toys that are made to float so please only use these in the pool. *Maximum of 6 pets at a time, 2 people per pet in the pool. * If you are interested in having a pup party or have any questions about the number of pets/people, please send me a message! *Swimming pool is OPEN from June-September! - Pool was opened on 6/2. - The back porch was freshly cleaned on 5/29 and is nice and reorganized for you and your pups! My dog and my friends dogs have all loved running around and exploring this spacious back yard! Fully fenced, my small poodle is 100% secure in here! Come enjoy this great space with your furry bestie!

Bring your pup(s) to a getaway in the woods! Fully fenced in backyard with plenty of room to run. Our backyard is mostly shaded for the pups and there is a back deck that you are welcome to hang out on while your pup(s) is getting some much needed exercise! If you are bringing small kiddos, they are welcome to swing, use the zip line or jump on the trampoline! We even have an outdoor Connect Four game to play!

Does your dog need a fun, safe place to run around and just be a dog? We would love to host your furry friends and provide them a safe place where they do not have to worry about other dogs or people and can just have fun! There is a hose available if your dog likes to get wet as well as splash pad for use in the summer when your pup needs to cool down. Sun shade and patio provided for dogs and humans to relax as well as wifi if you need to get some work done while your pup plays. Feel free to relax on the patio on the couch!

This is a GREAT fenced in approximate 1/2 acre lot with many shade trees and open sunny grassy spots! There are slightly wooded sections to explore as well! There is an outdoor seating area around a fire pit, that is available for use. There is also a porch that has a covered section with a ceiling fan and an open section that my dogs love to sun on with two chairs. There is water for our furry guests! There is WiFi access all the way to fire pit. We have a German Shepherd Poodle mix that LOVES to socialize. He is available for play date in the yard per guest request.
