We have a fire pit with seating in one of the grass acres. There are no longer Alpacas and goats here as they’ve moved to the farm down the road. But you will come across Canadian Geese and Wild Turkeys, and sometimes Deer. As you drive by the red barn to the parking area you will sometimes see our dog friendly dog Butch in his gated area most likely sleeping! 😄 Once you reach your parking it is private and you are alone.

We offer a laid-back, luxury, resort-like setting; open field, lots of grass meadows, xl in-ground, concrete, dog-friendly pool, huge fenced pool deck with lots of natural parkour levels, fenced tennis court, indoor washroom in the poolside cabana house, large outdoor fire-pit etc etc with loads of room for both dogs and their people. Two people and one dog are included in this price point and everyone is welcome in the pool! We use skimmer basket socks and an upgraded filtration system in order to be able to offer this one of a kind experience! Extra people and pets are welcome for extra fees. Please book accordingly. We also offer curated snacks and cold beverages at a cost. Please review extras. Our property is almost fully fenced, with partially fenced areas for both big and small dogs in mind. We provide a water hose and bucket for dog’s drinking. We have several lux seating areas for you and tennis, basketball and lawn games (upon request) to keep you and the kids busy. For the dogs we have all sorts of fun activities; natural parkour around the pool deck and lots of areas to keep them interested! There is a pooper scooper. We compost waste so no bags needed. Conveniently Located In Ingersoll, Great Location For Those Coming From London, Woodstock, Dorchester, Stratford or Brantford! The Arena is 8450sq ft of soft sand, fully fenced, located on a horse farm. The arena offers a secure separate entrance from outside, near the parking for easy access. There is a gate at one end of the arena which is secure to keep in big dogs, however small dogs may be able to squeeze through. The sliding door may be closed to accommodate! Pooped scooper and buckets are provided - please clean up after your furry friends. We ask for no excessive digging as this is also used to exercise horses, a rake will be provided to smooth any divots! All dogs deserve playtime!
