Peaceful Partially Fenced 10 Acres with Pond and Creek In Celina

Property is located on a dead end street, so there is very little traffic. All surrounding houses sit on acreage, so neighbors and their pets are seldom seen. All neighboring animals are kept in a fenced area when outside. Wildlife can be spotted on the property especially close to the wooded area and creek. The pond does have fish, turtles, frogs etc, so dogs swim at their risk. The creek is fairly dry with just a shallow stream most of the time unless there has been a recent rain. It's a great place to explore. Like any pastureland/field, snakes can occasionally be found as well. No need to clean up doggie messes that are not within a 50 yard radius of the house.

Miracle's 3 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Sunset

I have 3.24 acres that is unfenced for now that I own in sunset Texas. I am looking at purchasing the 4 acres next to my property to add to it. We are in the country off a dirt road. We have lots of space and open area for dogs to play. We do have stickers that are getting treated and we are trying to get rid of them so I don’t recommend any dogs that are long haired. We have three dogs on property as well as a goat, 20 chickens, and 6 snakes inside. I have access to a water spicket outside to fill up a water bowl if needed.
