This is not the average suburban development -- this is more like hiking in the National Forest. Lots of squirrels to chase, sniffs to enjoy and hills to run up and down. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. 4th Mesa 7 acre Private Dog Park In Bailey

10% of profits donated to local SPCA monthly. 7 acres of fenced forest to play on including a hiking trail for the pet owners! There is a switch back trail through the middle of the property marked by tree branches/logs and pink/green flags. Further trail description below the instructions. Best way to find the trail from the gate is to either follow the fence line up to the right all the way to the top of the property or walk straight up the gulley until you see the first green flag. The green flags mark the beginning and end of each switchback. There are 29 rows of switchbacks. Between the green flags there are pink flags to guide you with branches and logs to mark the left and right of each trail. There are a few places where the trail merges which is marked by 2 yellow flags. The last (or first depending on the ascent or descent chosen) trail row has yellow flags that have been colored pink (see pictures at the very end of the collage). It is about a 4 mile round trip hike if you follow the switch backs up then down (or vice versa). For you hiking purists the switchback rows are not perfectly parallel. This was a 3 year manual effort. The more ya’ll hike it the more visible it will be.

18 acre ranch with beautiful landscape, views of horses and occasionally wildlife depending on time of day and 10 acres fully fenced for sniffspot reservations. You are welcome to pet the horses but do not feed. Please do not allow your dogs to growl or charge the horses (even though they are behind fences). All the horses are calm and easy around dogs, which we need it to stay that way. **Summer note-dog pool water will be changed once a day for 2026 due to water restrictions and costs. This is so we do not need to increase the sniffspot fee** We have a fully fenced area roughly 10 acres with mowed paths for walking. You are welcome to walk thru the field if desired. Occasionally, the horses have access to the field during non sniffspot hours so there will be delicious horse poop, some dogs will eat it and others not. We know of a trainer who may be offering classes for Agility, Obedience & Behavior Modification at our location. If interested please contact us and provide your information, the trainer will setup a class time when we have sufficient interest to fill a class of 3-6 people at our location.
