Ashleigh's place is huge and well maintained. There was a small section where they had turkey and chicken in a pen , plus a big pool and a trampoline. But there was ample of space to run around and lie on the grass which was well maintained. My foster dog just wanted to roll around and play a bit and enjoyed that it was so quiet

This place was great! My dogs had a great time sniffing around and running here, they have a great space of uninterrupted running zone! They also keep turkeys and chickens in a coop back there which fascinated my pups! The only thing I would mention is that the hose seemed to be turned off (I’m assuming due to the colder temps) so make sure to bring enough water to last the whole time. We will definitely be back!

Great place! Hosts were kind and the area was more than enough for my 60 pound shepherd to practice off leash. Fencing was secure and high enough that I felt comfortable. We will definitely be back!

This is my 3rd visit to Dave’s yard. He’s very welcoming and friendly. The space is huge and clean. Water available for drinking and playing. His 3 dogs are friendly and my dogs love running the fence with them! However if your dogs aren’t comfortable he will bring them inside. This is our new favorite sniff spot!

This host has a large yard great for playtime and lounging in the sun. Directions were easy to follow. They had water, treats, and toys. Sunny had a great time and met the neighbor's dogs through the fence. I'll go again!

This was our first time at this spot. We travel to and from the vineyard all year to visit family and this is so helpful on both ends of our trip! Very easy to find and access. Very clean and trimmed, our pup was fascinated by the goats and chickens. So much space to run free off leash! Nancy was such a great host and very responsive. We will definitely be back throughout the year!

Our first sniff spot couldn’t have been better!!! Our dogs loved adventuring with the goats and chickens, and running around with all the toys and water provided. Will definitely be back :)

This sniff spot was great! Plenty of room for our dogs to play and sniff around. They were very amused by the goats and chickens, who paid no mind to the dogs. I really appreciated the selection of balls and toys and the fresh bucket of water available. The dogs had a great time and are totally tuckered out.

This was a great place. Nice big flat field - fully enclosed- easy to find. I compete in agility so I am always looking for new places to train. There was a dog walk set up which is something I wanted to work on and I set up a few of the jumps that were there. Equipment use okayed with owner prior to visit. Next time I might bring a few things of my own to add to the mix. It was also a great place for my older dog (12) to hang out while I was working with my younger dog: she could sniff and browse around then settle down in the shade with her “pickle” stuffed with goodies.

We’ve been two times and plan to book a few more days before we move! Hosts had great communication and are very kind and friendly. Our dog enjoyed seeing the chickens and goats, as well as playing with all the toys provided. Definitely recommend this spot for its fully secured fenced in area, great hosts, and overall fun experience for both myself and my dog!

Super easy to locate and my boy had so much fun looking at the baby goats and chickens! We trained some recall and basic stuff and they were good distractions for him! He loved it! Definitely will be back

A nice little area that my puppy enjoyed sniffing and exploring in. Easy to find following map directions. My puppy especially enjoyed watching the goats. It was a good distraction for some recall practice. There’s a solid amount of space for running, playing fetch, and roughhousing with other dogs.

Dog water parks
Many hosts have added water features like pools and/or are nearby lakes or rivers.
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
