Our yard is very much a real, well-loved family and dog yard rather than a manicured lawn. The grass is thin/patchy in some areas, particularly after a dry summer and lots of use, but the yard is maintained and there is still plenty of space for running and playing. We’d rather be transparent so you know exactly what to expect from the photos! You may also see some of our kids’ outdoor toys and play equipment around the property. We have dogs of our own, but they will be kept inside and separate during your reserved time so your pup can enjoy the yard privately. Whether your dog needs a safe place for zoomies, some off-leash exercise, or just wants to spend an hour sniffing through the woods, they’re welcome to make themselves at home here!

Our house is on .22 acres of land, with our backyard completely fenced in! Our yard gets some sunshine but also some shade from the trees lining the back of the yard, so it’s great for those warm summer days! There’s a bit of a slope to walk down into the yard, so just be aware as you enter through the gate! Your pups will love to run around the yard, while you get to sit and relax on the patio at the table and chairs! We have a bucket of dog toys for your pup to enjoy! There’s a space with dirt and sand, feel free to let your pup dig through- we don’t mind! During the warmer months you can enjoy a kiddie pool (for a small fee) or just the mist setting on the hose to cool off. Please note we do not provide towels so be sure to bring your own if you want to enjoy these amenities! If you’d like to rent at night, our patio is lit up by string lights, and we have additional motion sensor lights placed around the fence in the yard, so it’s perfect for a late night play session! We are located next to the highway, so there is some noise from traffic. Overall not very loud but occasionally there is some elevated noise levels with trucks, motorcycles, etc. Our yard is sprayed every 3 weeks for ticks and mosquitos, but there is still bug spray available to use if ever needed!
