We have a 5 acre field directly behind the rail road tracks on the right. It is an open field with a small pond. The spot is not fenced. There is a small wooded spot between the field and railroad tracks

We also have a fenced in area with a 4 foot fence to provide a secure area for your dog to run and play. To top things off, we have a sand beach and a dock for your enjoyment. We live on 5 acres of land, there is a small/medium part fenced in and the rest is free running! We can let our dogs out to play or we can keep them in, completely your preference! We do have access to a lake in our backyard as well as a pond. The pond is unavailable at the moment, but we also have a doggie pool up for use!

The back yard is fully fenced with a 6ft privacy fence and 2 gates. I have a covered back patio with chairs available. I will proved a clean water bowl and poop bags if needed with a trash can to dispose of waste.

The backyard is a tiny and private spot well equipped for smaller to medium sized dogs. Theres chairs and gables available to rest on. There is food and drinks available indoor as well as electrical outlets. There is a tree and flowers beds for that are accustomed to that. There is basement that is available for use for an additional $10/hour. Very quaint and subtle vibes and always down for a fun time.

Fenced yard, in Sullivan. Not a lot of shade, dogs are welcome to play in the play house. Fence does need some work, but that’s why I’m renting out the yard to pay for a new fence. Hammock. My dogs name is Violet, she’ll be kept inside while space is being used. Please pick up after your dog, BYOB.
