UPDATE: with all the rain in the forecast, I’ll be sending update msgs for any bookings until further notice.. it’s starting to get soft, the warm weather is revealing lots of melting surprises (poop) and I want to have a chance to check the trails before bookings to make sure it’s walkable and clean. Sorry for any inconvenience.. this time of the year is hard to keep up with. Welcome! I try my hardest to give my visitors trail updates before they come so they know what to expect with the conditions of the trail. PLEASE keep in mind: I am one person, this is purely a small hobby for me and sometimes I don’t get a chance to pack the trails for a day or two after snowfalls. I chose to open up my yard and trails to others because it makes me happy that other people and their dogs get to enjoy them to. I have a full time job, a toddler with after work activities and I’m also an avid volunteer for search and rescue.. I will continue to try my hardest to keep people updated before they come, but please also come prepared for the snow, I don’t want people disappointed and I also don’t want to shut down the Sniffspot because of complaints.. You are welcome to go off trail if you enjoy snowshoeing.

I am 5 minutes off is highway 17. My property offers relaxing areas for a dog to hang out and a good long dock if your dog enjoys running and jumping into the water. Your dog will be able to exit the water by swimming along the side of the dock and walking out gradually where the boat launch is, which is just beside the dock.
