55Was so grateful to have found this property for my highly reactive bulldogge! I don’t have many options where I can bring him and this was beyond a dream come true for us! The owners were gracious and kind, quick to respond and be of assistance. Mack loved it here and we didn’t need to worry about a thing! We had plant to room to run and shade to cool off in. The property was filled with views in every direction and it was a pleasure to have been able to come here! Definitely will be back- for sure a gem here. April D.

We did the stream hike and it was great—it was hot though and there are two very steep sections. I’m pretty in shape and they were hard, but short. Drove an hour from San Diego to bring our dog-reactive dog here to get some fun, off-leash time. She absolutely loved it and had a blast playing in the water. The hike and water (get the river walk!) was gorgeous and so fun. I recently adopted a shelter dog who is generally nervous about the busy environment and often worried about new dogs. I wanted him to experience the joy of running, leaping, and simply being a dog in nature. I asked if we might have a ranch hand dog join us and I’m so glad I did. Sancho came along with us and immediately befriended my Midas. They ran and leapt and wrestled in the water together like only best friends can do. 55We had a blast celebrating my dog's 3rd birthday at this Sniffspot! This time we invited some friends, another couple and their dog.
The dogs had so much fun playing in and around the stream. My dog hates water, but this is the first time I ever saw her voluntarily getting wet! She was walking through the stream from bank to bank, retrieving sticks, and just having the best time!
We had a much better experience this time. Alma answered the phone when we arrived, and helped us out when we got turned around trying to find the gate. She also told us we can put our used poop bags at the entrance when we leave so we didn't have to take them with us this time! Connie S.

We came from Fallbrook and the sign is hard to see from that direction. If you’ve hit w sandia creek terrace (and you’re coming from Fallbrook), you’ve gone too far.

Once you drive through the gate you can close it behind you. Once that’s done, the entire space is fenced. We spent about an hour walking all over the hills through the trees. The trees kept it cool and nice.
