A lot of vegetation and places to sit down, meditate, read a book, study, or have a picnic. Your pup will love to play in our one-acre garden. Picking fruit or vegetable etc. is off the limit. Drinking water for animals is provided in various containers throughout the property. Please do not turn on or use any water equipment on our property - we had some serious problems in the past because of this. Please clean up after your dog’s “business”, smile. That’s a mandatory request. Waste bags are provided in a plastic box with other dog’s supplies) and a BROWN garbage can is in the front of the house by the street for your convenience. Thank you! Woof woof! 🌸 Note: in the rainy season we might not change the water for dogs because it’s senseless, so please arrive always with your own supply of water and if it’s raining you might like to wear rain boots as well. Also please only 2 human guests max with the dogs. Thank you!*** Great yard with 6ft fence all around it in West Oakland. Perfect for hanging out or training with your dog or letting him or her roam free for an hour (or more!) while you get things done. Completely secured with extra gate between font and backyard. All breeds and dogs of any size are welcome but please leave yard as you found it (broom and trash can provided!) The spot is walking distance to West Oakland Bart station (About 10-12 minute walk). We have neighbors on either side of our home but it’s a very quiet neighborhood overall. Please do note that occasionally you can hear a dog barking from houses in the neighborhood or voices of neighbors enjoying their yard. There are chairs and a coffee table on the patio for your use, if desired, while your dogs explores. A bowl with water and a hose is provided. Also on the corner of my street is a cafe where you can buy breakfast, lunch or a quick snack for while you hang out or after you finish - I highly recommend it!

In the heart of North Oakland /Emeryville border this yard is a secret garden and lovely spot for all dogs. I am so happy to be able to share my yard with others who have dogs . We have a beautiful fully fenced yard in the heart of West Oakland. The yard is predominantly grass, with garden boxes, and three threes. There is also a large concrete section -- perfect for running your pup's nails down a little 😄 Feel free to use the sprinkler hose for water play, and eat anything in the garden that is ripe!

We hope you will enjoy our yard. There is space for your dogs to run on grass and a deck, there are various places for shade at different times of the day, and plenty of spots for you to sit while your dogs enjoy themselves. Feel free to use our guest wifi.

So I honestly know how hard it is to find a place that is comfy for you and your pups. I have a GIANT backyard where you and your pup can stretch your legs! 🩷🩵 Relax in a shaded area and enjoy your time with one another. I do have a table in case you want to set your things down. I promise I'll eventually move it into the shaded area. I know my spot isn't as extravagant as other lovely spots I've seen but I actually feel safe and calm here. So! Hose is available for drinking water, water play, and bathing. Please remember to shut off the faucet when you're finished. Shaded patio seating area. We put treats, toys and fresh water out before each visit when we can. Short notice bookings are welcome, but please note we may not be available to put goodies out. Empty bowls are provided and can be filled with the hose. Need something else? Just ask! We'll try to accommodate every request. We are new to this and adding amenities as we're learning what our guests want and need. We frequently dog sit for multiple people and we block off reservations during those times. This is a private, undeveloped, forested spot. If you are interested in this spot, you and your dog should be up for a mini adventure. This spot is not a manicured, backyard park. It is wild and beautiful, and a rare find in this area. THERE IS NO TRASH SERVICE AT THIS FOREST LOCATION. PACK EVERYTHING OUT WITH YOU, INCLUDING DOG POOP BAGGIES. The trail starts at the west (downhill) end of the parking spot, and winds downhill to the creek (there are a couple of switchbacks). The trail from the parking area to the creek is less than 5 minutes long. At the bottom of the trail, is a deck. Beyond the deck is a year-round creek with a swimming hole. There are fish, frogs, newts, and crawdads. All wildlife is protected, so please don't catch or remove them. You may walk up and down along the creek exploring, as long as you turn around if you see a waterfall downstream or a house in the distance. The trail that leads downhill to the creek is intermediate, not for beginners or flip-flops. There should be no poison oak or ticks on the trail, but if you venture off the trail, you may encounter poison oak or ticks. There are blackberry bushes to the sides of the trail that resemble poison oak. There should be no foxtails. You may see wild animals. As a wild spot, you may encounter typical hazards that are present in most local forest trails, such as wildlife, water, and trip-and-fall hazards. This is a private spot, and there should be no other people or dogs during your booking. If you see someone during your booking, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can take steps to prevent them from trespassing again. There is no lighting at this spot, so if you book before sunrise or after sunset, please bring a headlamp or flashlight. There is no trash collection service at this location, so please pack out any trash. Thank you!

Please note the price of booking for a dog includes 2 adults, additional dogs added includes 1 additional adult at no extra charge. Please do not book spots to "HOLD" multiple times in a day. If you would like to share the spot with friends, please select the correct number of additional adults in the EXTRAS. The maximum number of adults at our spot is 8. The maximum number of cars is 2 at this time. SPLASH PAD, Sprinklers and other water Features- Now available for the summer hot days! Select as an add-on extra when booking. Great for large dogs and sectioned for smaller pups too! We currently have no dogs or other pets, nor children. This is our private home. The space is open most of the day between 9am-8pm (Daylight hours). Summer grass areas are sunny and bright and begin to be shaded by the afternoon. Driveway Parking Please when possible. My neighbors prefer it. **BARKERS: My neighbors are starting to complain about excessive barking. If your dog is extremely vocal, this spot may not be the best choice. Normal and light barking is totally fine. I personally don't care, the barking doesn't bother me but I back up to neighbors on all sides. ((Especially if you choose morning or late afternoon hours) Digging is ok in the small fenced area to the right and water is available. Plenty of seating for humans. Host is usually on sight and works from home. Contact with host is optional.

Welcome to our dog pool! Yup, that’s right, we designed this pool specifically for dogs!!!! We have 3 large benches that accommodate dogs of all sizes (some benches are more shallow/deeper than others), plus a step that goes all the way around the pool for dogs to walk on. In addition to that, we have a step in the deep end that makes it easy for the dogs to get in and out of the pool! We also have bubblers inside of the pool (the dogs go crazy over these) and then outside of the pool we have fountains that shoot into the pool! This is literally a dream pool for dogs and dog owners! The pool is surrounded by artificial turf and a gorgeous view! We can’t wait for you to check out our pool! Please note, this spot is right next to our home, we too have dogs and they can be seen through our windows!

Ample dirt parking. Please keep dogs on leash until inside of wooden fenced area with gate latched and leash them before exiting fenced area because we have free range chickens on the outside of the fence. Chickens will not approach you or your dog and will likely not even be visible during your visit but we wouldn’t want them to be chased. You may spot chickens, horses, or cows from afar (neighbors) but rest assured the actual Sniffspot has a solid wood fence that allows for privacy and a visual barrier for your dog to enjoy some peaceful playtime.

Welcome to Maxie Pool for private water play time! The first pet pool in the area. The pool is chlorinated and professionally cleaned weekly. We provide S/M/L size dog life jackets (1 jacket for each size) and some pool toys. 2 guests come free with the 1st dog. Any additional dog includes 1 additional guest at no extra charge. If you have extra guests coming, please select the correct number of additional guests in the EXTRAS. Extra guest is $15/person/hour. Total 6 guests max. Sorry the pool is not suitable for children. Children under 16 years old are not allowed to enter the property for safety reasons. POOL RULES (please read) *Please note this is a private swimming session for your pets, please supervise your dog at all times, NO coach/lifeguard on site. *The east side of the pool is up to 9 ft deep. Pet & humans swim at their own risk. Children under 16 years old are not allowed for safety reason. The host is not responsible for any liability. *Dog owners and guests are welcome to enter the pool to help and support your dog swimming, but please note NO BATHROOM is provided. As this is mainly the dog pool, dogs constantly bring oil/dust/dirt to the pool. We clean after each visit and the filter system is on but there is a limit to how much the filter system can handle. Generally, the water is clearer on weekdays compared to weekends. *Please do not touch any pool system control in the backyard. You will be responsible for the damage if misused. *This is a quiet neighborhood, please respect our neighbors so no screaming/yelling/loud music/pool parties. *Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the pool area, only off-leash your dog once the pool gate is locked. *The pool area is fenced. Please make sure the pool fence is locked at all times. *Please note there are plants, trees & flowers, and areas with mulch, rocks & stones in the backyard. Please watch out for your dogs' activities at all times. The host is not liable for any injuries or damages that could happen to dogs and pet owners. *Please bring your own towels. No water hose/outlets/dryers available in the backyard and no shower facilities for dogs. *Pool is professionally cleaned by the pool cleaning company every Monday and there might be pool chemicals. *No dog treats/human food or glassware in the pool. *No use of the pool beside the registered guests. *No peeing/pooping in the pool. Please pay close attention to your dog and let me know asap if your dogs accidentally pee/poop in the pool. *Please note there are external security cameras on the side gate entrance and the backyard. We would love to have you and your pup at our doggie space in SF! Come visit our indoor play place perfect for small dogs as well as our fully fenced outdoor doggie turf play area in San Francisco! We are located at 2121 Taraval St. between 32nd and 33rd st. We also have easy street parking. We have a 3 dog maximum, or one "dog family" maximum, for private 1 hour bookings. We offer hosted Birthday Parties and other events, with a Top Dog SF Team Member, for $300 per event, for a minimum of 2 hours. Non-Top Dog SF hosted dog party and private space rentals are $65 an hour with a minimum of four hours = $260. This allows you enough time for you to set up, have a two hour dog party and then clean up after your event. Please be sure to lock up the front door while you are using the space and when you leave.
