Welcome to Burbank! We have a large grassy backyard we'd love to share with your fur friend! A few years ago we rescued a big beautiful dog that did not get along with other dogs. Our backyard was her safe haven. Now that she has passed away, we want this to be a haven to other dogs like her. It was such a joy to have her run in the grass without worrying about another dog. Saint Augustine and wild grass, citrus trees, a few fruit and veggie beds, and some roses / flowers. We have a table, and plenty of seating in the shade. Be advised: Due to environmental and water safety reasons, we do not use any weed killer or chemicals on our lawn. We do our best to keep up with maintenance and keep the yard clear, but there will still be occasional wild grass, prickles, weeds, and bugs in the yard.

The big, beautiful backyard is filled with trees and sunshades—a big play area with pet grass surrounded by decomposed granite, with two natural areas and lots of wildflowers during the spring. This large, tree-lined, backyard is partially shaded with multiple seating areas so you can always move around with the sun. Eat lunch at the dining table (moved off the turf since the pictures were taken so the space is open), relax on the lounge set, and hang out while your pups run around. Easily accessible and surrounded by plants on all sides, you and your dog will love this sweet spot to enjoy and explore!

We have a fully fenced in, large and flat backyard conveniently location at the base of Laurel Canyon in the Spaulding Square section of West Hollywood. The yard, grass and surroundings are professionally maintained and always clean. There is easy street parking in front of our property. The yard features two flood lights for night training as well as a small guest house for indoor training. We are happy to provide either a contactless experience or give a brief tour for first time guests - up to you and your dog’s needs. Please note that we typically allow two people per dog on reservations (so, for example, if you have two dogs on a reservation, four people may join). If you’d like to have a larger group join on your visit, please message us.

You can find wet wipes out in case you have a digger; and, you’ll find a blue tooth speaker for listening to music; outside outlets to charge your devices, paper and pen are on the patio table, as well as some casual reading if you choose. Also, Raider wanted to have have water toys and balls for your pup/s that you are welcome to use! There is a fire pit as well as a heater lamp in those colder nights to come. 🌴Welcome To Our Oasis🌴 Large, fully-fenced, grass backyard with adjacent patio! Listen to the birds and sound of the wind in the trees while you enjoy quality time with your pup. Plenty of seating options in the sun or shade for humans, grassy shade options for pups in the late afternoon hours. A great place for energetic pups to play catch, for smaller dogs to wander and sniff safely, and for older dogs to roll and relax peacefully in the sun. Fresh water, toys and treats for pups always available. Poop bags for their human helpers, along with Wi-Fi, hand sanitizer, and outdoor outlets. Ample, non-permitted street parking available on our quiet street, and lots of gorgeous sunshine. It’s our oasis and we are excited to share it with you!

The grass is turf and deep cleaned regularly. we only ask that your pup is supervised and to be mindful of our neighbors in the guest house. Overall, it shouldn’t be a problem though.
