Absolute paradise. Toys, toys, toys for the pups and chairs & refreshments for the humans. Delightful and totally enjoyable every time we visit. We've been here a lot and it's always totally private and secure. Nice big space for multiple dogs or a wonderland for single pups to sniff and explore. Super safe and completely worry free for reactive pups....no dogs or people around and just a fun, pleasant place to be. 55I loved the size of this yard, my dogs really got a good run around here! The fencing is short in some spots, but there are no breaks in the fence and no space underneath. The yard has a great incline, followed by a flat part of the yard and a big tree stump to sit on. It was the perfect place to sit so that I could throw the ball up the hill and give my dog a good workout! The yard was clean and well kept, there were some children’s toys out but they didn’t pose any issues for my dogs and weren’t in the way of them running around. The host had a dog that they kept inside, the dog barked during our visit but was out of sight. Be aware of this if your dog might have an issue with a dog barking in close range and let the host know. The neighborhood was otherwise quite, and my dogs were able to have a very peaceful visit.Kerry H.

I loved the size of this yard, my dogs really got a good run around here! The fencing is short in some spots, but there are no breaks in the fence and no space underneath. The yard has a great incline, followed by a flat part of the yard and a big tree stump to sit on. It was the perfect place to sit so that I could throw the ball up the hill and give my dog a good workout! Fran rocks the house. She has provided all sorts of creature comforts....coffee, snacks, hot water for tea & hot cocoa, chairs....the list goes on. It's a really nice place to be for both dogs and humans alike. There are now 5 fields so it's a really nice sized space if you leave all the gates open...otherwise, you can keep some or all of the gates closed to limit your play area. The setup is really perfect. There is agility equipment in one of the fields and tug toys on some of the trees and oodles & oodles of toys. It's paradise and we just love it here. ♥

Always a treat! We've been here in sun, rain, wind, snow and even hail....and, no matter what the weather, Ranch Settings is thoroughly enjoyable. Fran has thought of absolutely everything to make each visit spectacular and safe for every type of dog and has assured her human guests' comfort as well. We never run out of things to do here and always feel 100% secure. Amazing Sniffspot!!!

No dogs were present during my visit but did see a horse (as expected) with Dave just staring not quite able to figure out what it was. Lots of toys available, water, dog bags, and covered spaced for humans to sit. Very much recommended for any dog that is unable to be off leash and reactive to other dogs.

The best sniff spot around! There are TONS of games, toys, and treats for your pup as well as coffee snacks and seats for humans. Each field is individually fenced in, so you could bring two dogs and still keep them separate if one was interested in sniffing and the other needed some training.
