Main yard has a 4 foot fence and there is also a smaller private area with a 6 ft fence. Main yard has tree cover for shade. There are two residents dogs on the premise who UTD on their vaccines. These dogs will remain inside during rental time.

We have a third of an acre lot on the south hill next to Manito golf course. Our yard is fully fenced, private, and has multiple secure entrances. There is lots of space for pups to run and play!

Top Dog Vistas has 4 acres of fully fenced trails for you and your dog to enjoy. (All dogs must be on leash for the first 300 feet from the parking lot to the gate.) This hike is not for everyone as it climbs 200 feet in about 1/4 mile. Once you get up the hill there are awesome views and rest stations scattered along the trails that are cut through the trees and brush. The total distance if you wander all of the trails at the top of the hill is about one mile.

Here on two acres of natural area, with hills, open fields and trees, there is plentiful shade and space for your dog to run, dig, sniff and explore. Are you looking for a nice place to let your furry friend run around and you get some steps in too, well then you are in the right spot. We have an acre fenced that we want dogs to come and enjoy a good run or a fun place to play ball. There is a shelter to stand under if needed with two chairs that can be moved as needed. Most of the area is flat and there are some trees is the back of the property with longer grass. You do have to walk up a little hill to get to the flat part but it is not bad. There is a parking area right outside the man-gate where you enter with a parking sign. We have put a chuck it with balls and a frisbee under the bench lid for you to use as well as weave poles and an adjustable jump for the pups to try out. Everything you need as far as water, water bowl and toys are all under the bench lid by the big tree. *With spring and summer coming more people are out so there may be noise while at the spot, we do have neighbors with kids and dogs. Google Maps will get you lost so once booked I will send directions directly via chat.

Doggy Challenge is a completely fenced one-half acre with obstacles to challenge your dog and grow their confidence.

2.5 acres, fully secure fenced. Relatively level spacious land to run and play! Plenty of parking, a box full of all kinds of toys, treats and poop bags! Gazebo. Private walk in gate and if you have multiple dogs, feel free to drive in thru the big gate to let your dogs out securely. It's tick season! While we don't see many ticks in our area, I remind you to take precautions. Please put any used toys and dog bowls into the provided box under the table when you are done. We clean between guests and I disinfect and wash all items before returning them to the toybox. Make sure your dog is not sneezing or coughing for your visit. Updated vaccinations are required. Please make sure you are cleaning up after your dogs so that we can keep the area clean for everyone. Spring is coming which means unpredictable weather. Water is back on. We live on 15 acres, and now have 1 acre fully fenced in! It is all very flat land making for an easy stroll with your dogs. We are borded on two edges by farm fields and two edges by neighbors. There is a marked trail that circles the property, and still plenty of space to explore. When there is hot weather, please take advantage of the small kiddie pool we have at the greeting area. During the winter, the trails are not shoveled, so please dress appropriately.

Lots of space, One the weather gets a bit warmer we’ll add a gazebo and some chairs out there for all you pet parents to have a little spot to hangout while your dog plays, Also will add some toys and water bowls out there for them! Please clean up after your dog/dogs! currently don’t have dog clean up bags but within a couple days we will be getting some more stuff added back there!

The 0.34 acre backyard is fully fenced and has a rather steep incline on one side - perfect for getting all your pups energy out! When looking at the front of the house, the gate is located on the left side of the front door. The gate can be difficult to close so you'll need someone who is strong to lift & close it as you enter and leave. There is a garbage can on the back patio near the hot tub as well as poop bags, dog toys, hand sanitizer, etc inside the bench. Feel free to use the hose to get water for your pup if needed.
