Our lawn is manicured in the front & built for exploration in the back with a natural landscape to include puppy-made holes (made with love by our husky), divots, & uneven ground for exploring with your pups! 🌲🐶🌲 There is a fenced outer ring encircling the entire property & a fenced inner ring for a more controlled smaller area: BOTH included for your puppy-exploring pleasure! 🌳🐶🌳 We have a very large deck with seating & umbrellas (summer/fall months), including puppy toys & fresh water. There is a one year old play-set with swings & slides to enjoy too! A private, fully fenced area in southern Lancaster County. There are trees for shade and plenty of room for running and playing! I have two of my own dogs that use the space, but I will ensure my dogs cannot enter the yard during visits. All guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and respecting the space. If you choose to use the kiddie pool, there is no need to empty it after your visit. I will empty and clean the pool for the next visitor!

Fully fenced large-ish yard w/ a native garden. This space is not overly manicured, so let those pups rip 😁. Also, the garden is hearty, so feel free to let the pups roam in there if they want. There are a couple of trees to help provide shade, a shallow kiddie pool to cool off in, and the hose nozel has various settings to help chill your pups out. I have phone chargers and wifi, if you need them while you are here.

Have 2 ponds & a stream & 4+ acearse of grass. Just had 10 horses brought so the back fields are occupied. 2 person sea kayak is avaible to use & fresh water is available at the garden hose front corner of the house.

What to Expect: Exclusive Use: Your dog(s) will have the entire yard to themselves! Please be mindful of your booking time to ensure a smooth transition for all visitors, especially if the dog before you prefers solitude. Amenities: There's a Sniffspot bin to the right after coming in the gate. Help yourself to whatever is there. Balls, water, hand sanitizer, etc. Need cushions for the deck chairs? Feel free to grab them from the container by the grill on the deck. How to Access: Park in the driveway near the fence. Open the gate (using the silver latch) and step into your private dog haven! Dispose of waste in the black trash bin near the garage. (Look for the Sniffspot sign, though it might shift occasionally!) Special Accommodations: If you or your dog have specific needs, let us know so we can ensure your visit is as enjoyable as possible.

Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and a trash can will be provided as well. At this time we are not able to offer water or doggy bowls. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. I own 11+ acres in West Chester (bordering Downingtown), although I’m currently offering access to the 4.5 acres that is not fully forested. The side of the property you’ll be enjoying has the mill which was built in the 1760s and converted into a home in the 1970s. This strip of land is bordered by a creek on the one side, and a millrace on the other. The millrace is where the water used to run when the mill was operating many moons ago. Both the creek and millrace have water, although the creek has proven to be much more alluring to visiting dogs. The deepest area in the creek is approximately 8ft. There is a bench there for you to sit and enjoy the view while your dog swims in the water. There is another, more private area, where your dog can get easy access to the creek water. I can provide you with a chair to enjoy this area, and will likely already have it there upon your arrival. There are steep embankments for both the creek and the millrace so it would be an effort for your dog to cross them to “escape.” At the end of my 4.5 acre property, the land comes to a peninsula where the millrace and creek meet to become one body of water. This peninsula serves as a natural barrier although my friend’s young German Shepherd did jump out into this water and after a deer on one frightful day. Fortunately, we got him home/back but I think it’s prudent for me to disclose this harrowing event for the safety of your fur baby. There is an outdoor stone patio where you and your pup(s) can relax in the shade. Here you’ll find a filled water dish for your pup(s) to enjoy and a trashcan for your dog waste. If past dog visitors are any indication of future visits, your pup(s) will likely be thirsty from all the exploring, good smells and open land to run and play. I have one of those tennis ball throwing devices that help you throw a ball super far that you’re welcome to use too. I ask that you don’t encourage your pup(s) to chase after the wildlife here, not just for their sake, but for the safety of your pup(s) too. I think the hawks might have put a dent in the small wildlife around here. You won’t see many small animals like squirrels or bunnies, although you are likely to see deer. If your dog is a young/strong “chaser” you might want to visit with a leash. You’ll also find less snuggly wildlife here like snakes and ticks. I ask that you use your best judgement in supervising your dog(s) and be sure to check them for ticks before leaving. Of course at your first visit, I’ll give you a tour of the layout with your dog leashed to ensure your comfortability with the space. I’d ask you to kindly replace the raft in the creek should your visit cause it to pop. For future consideration: I have about 7.5 more acres of land (on the other side of Harmony Hill Rd) that is forested, rather secluded, and also bordered by the creek. Here you’ll find the remnants of the dam that used to feed the mill, and some amazing water landscapes including large rocks and crystal clear water. I’m slowly trying to establish a walking trail in this area but it’s been hard keeping up with all the overgrowth. I’d be open to bartering where you would help cut back the trail overgrowth in exchange for your dog enjoying the forested area.

Roulette's Retreat - in honor of our dog who we lost to cancer. Conveniently located near Route 74 and Route 30. Fully fenced with 5ft chain link - the neighbor does have one dog that may be outside. The fences are over 10 feet apart. Small, simple yard with enough room for zoomies & fetch. The concrete patio in the backyard has a table and chairs with a shade sail over it. Small kiddie pool, food/water dishes, poop bags, and towels available for use upon request.

People have occasionally been showing up around the lake - please be aware of this We do test for blue green algae (scroll to picture 5) and we tested NEGATIVE. The lake is safe and not suffering from any toxic algae blooms. Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for your pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please maximum! Oakley, our huge and dog-friendly Great Pyrenees, rules the roost here! We have a full fenced large second backyard ready for dog paws to rip around in. There are trees that offer shade and homes for birds and squirrels. Our chickens are free range but can be put inside their coop and our 4 cats are agile at escaping the chase of their fur covered foes. It's been a year and with all the amazing visitors we have had I wanted to update my page!!! There have been some changes which I added and thank you for visiting our yard🤗 My mother had a doggie daycare business on this property for almost 15 years. We have watched puppies grow to old dogs and have watched next generations come here. She has retired her business and now we have the land just for my 5 year old son and my dogs. Which he loves 😂 but we have room to share. You can bring your furry family members over here and enjoy our space too 🤗 Hey my son loves dogs and would love to play ball or with toys and get your dog's energy out if your dog loves kids. He loves kids and if you have kids coming my son would love to show your kids what kind of outside toys he has to share. It's in a separated fence so you can still see the kids but not have any dogs peeing on the toys. Just shoot me a message and say you would love for us to come out and say Hi. We are usually home in case you were to need anything anyway. Also, a few things since I started this a year ago. First I had no idea I would get this many visitors and we are absolutely loving that people have somewhere to take their doggy around here. Recently a tree had fell through. The back fence only took down a small part and we were able to repair. The fence has a little hole from half a piece missing at the top but no dogs can get through and the picture is provided. A nice part of the tree is left which we are hoping to turn into a bench sometime soon. The dogs have been jumping up on it, walking on it and so has my son. If it is something you are not okay with, I understand and you do not have to come here. But I can assure you we do our best to keep our fence safe for our family and yours. Also added a tiny baby pool. In case your doggies want to take a little dip on a hot day. I can leave it empty by the hose and you can feel it and just dump it out before you leave. Lastly, there is a hammock in the back right side of the yard under the only trees we have left out there 🤦‍♀️ so you can get some shade and you can bring the chairs out there.
