Welcome to Waffles Ranch! We're excited to share our little slice of Colorado with you and your pups. Our 0.5-acre fully fenced private pasture offers plenty of space to run, sniff, explore, and play—all with beautiful views of North Table Mountain and room to roam. We created Waffles Ranch because we know how valuable it can be to have a safe, private place where dogs can truly stretch their legs, train, and enjoy the outdoors. Whether your pup loves zoomies, chasing scents, practicing new skills, or simply relaxing in a quieter environment, we hope you'll feel at home here. Guests are welcome to enjoy our splash pad, dog pool, fresh water station, bowls, toys, waste bags, towels, and agility equipment, including jumps, weave poles, and a tunnel. Unwind under the pine trees in our shaded seating area, complete with two chairs and a coffee table (and don't worry if your pup hops on the table—ours certainly does!). For your comfort, the pasture and seating area are treated periodically with pet-safe products to help reduce mosquitoes and make outdoor play more enjoyable for both dogs and humans. Accessibility note: Waffles Ranch includes an upper grassy area with shade and seating, accessible by stairs. Dogs with mobility limitations or joint issues may prefer to remain in the lower pasture. (We are working on solutions to make this more accessible for all pups!) We're always making improvements and would love your feedback as Waffles Ranch continues to grow. We are lifelong animal lovers and proud dog parents to a sweet English Bulldog. Our yard is spacious, private, and about the size of a park. Perfect for pups who love to run, sniff, and explore! We have a covered patio for shade and can provide fresh water during your visit. You’re welcome to bring your dog’s favorite toys to make the play session even more fun, however, we provide some as well! My dog will always be indoors during your booking time to give you and your pup space and privacy to enjoy the yard freely. We’re excited to share our little slice of doggie heaven with you and your furry friend! To keep our yard safe and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines: • PLEASE pick up after your pup. Waste bags must be used and disposed of properly. I have had several instances where poop was not cleaned up after a booking, and I’ve had to go out and pick it all up in a hurry before the next booking. This would be so greatly appreciated! • No digging, please! We want to keep the yard in great shape for all visitors. • Supervise your dog at all times. This ensures safety for your pet and respect for the space. • We typically leave a fresh bowl of water out for our doggie guests. If you happen to see the water bowl is not filled up, it’s because we weren’t home during your booking time to fill fresh water. You have full permission to access the hose to fill the water bowl with fresh water. • Treat the space with care. This is our family’s yard, and we’re happy to share it with respectful guests! Imperia's Canine Connection 1+ Acre Private Dog Park In Aurora

Imperia's Canine Connection 1+ Acre Private Dog Park The Spot The Spot is over 1.25 acres of fully fenced (6' chain link) field with a drive-through gate so your dogs can start running right out of the car. The surface is a packed sandy soil with dry groundcover during dry Summer, Fall, and Winter months, and mowed natural vegetation during the Spring and wetter Summer months. A walk around the interior fence line is about a quarter mile so it is great for the active dog owner too. This Sniffspot is a close, rural ambiance location in Aurora just two miles east of I-225 from the Sixth Ave exit. The Training Yard The Training Yard is a 60’ x 30’ fenced yard with a Dog Tuff ™ grass surface. This is a unique grass designed with dogs and drought tolerance in mind. The Training Yard is a place for your focused training. You can also use this area as a cool down area after playing in the field. And of course, this is a great yard for my guests with smaller paw prints. Please be mindful that you may want to roll in this grass with your dogs as I do with mine, so please spend time in the field area to potty your dogs before entering the Training Yard. The “Extras” The Spot and the Training Yard are included with your reservation. Some may take training to a competitive level, so I also have available as “Extras” a complete set of AKC Rally signs and equipment, AKC Obedience jumps, and some practice equipment for your Agility training. See the “Extras” in the app for pricing and message me in the app for details and additional information. Sniffin' Hours Summer Hours are 6:30 am -7:30 pm every day except for Tuesday. Winter Hours will gradually reduce to 8:00 am -5:00 pm, depending on daylight and except for Tuesdays. REACTION NOTICE: I share a 300-foot fence line with the neighbor to the west and have installed privacy screening to minimize distractions. The neighbor has dozens of loose chickens, and the dogs do not bother them. Dogs may bark with curiosity, which is normal and okay, but they often stop once they realize the chickens do not react. Also, the neighbor has a dog that infrequently, though on random occasion has access to this shared fence line. Please consider this if your dog is very highly reactive.

Welcome to Charlie’s Hideaway - your dog's new favorite adventure spot! 🐾🐾 This 9-acre, fully fenced native pasture (with 4’ wire square fencing) is made for sniffing, zoomies and exploring. Rolling hills, patches of short and tall grass & a sandy area give your pup plenty of variety to roam and investigate. This private space is also a great fit for reactive dogs or those who need a calm, low-traffic environment. Street parking is available near the entrance and a two-gate entry system provides an added layer of security - allowing you to enter at your own pace and help your dog transition calmly into the space. As you come through the gate, you'll find a covered canopy and welcome station with fresh water, clean bowls, poop bags, toys and towels - everything you need for a comfortable visit. Chairs are available so you can sit back, relax and soak in those gorgeous Pike Peak views while your dog does their thing. Wildlife sightings are part of the charm - you may see hawks overhead, rabbits in the grass and occasionally deer passing by. Two resident barn cats also live on the property, but they're very shy and rarely seen. Please help keep Charlie's Hideaway clean and enjoyable for everyone by picking up after your dog (poop bags are provided and a trash can is located at the gate). Mountain Paradise

Take a lovely walk in the woods with your dog, let them sniff and enjoy nature. Three acres of forest, fully fenced for your enjoyment. This is not the average suburban development -- this is more like hiking in the National Forest. Lots of squirrels to chase, sniffs to enjoy and hills to run up and down. You won't have any issues with dogs or people on adjacent properties! This property is surrounded by National Forest and unfenced/unused private property. In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with wood chips. The course is changed every Monday morning. Course maps are in the box hanging on the entrance gate. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc. Several seating areas are provided, along with a picnic table.

Fur The Love Of Pawz

We love welcoming new and old visitors of all sizes! I run a doggie daycare/boarding out of my home, so the yard is doggie proof and set up for you and your pup to enjoy your time off leash with them. The yard is completely enclosed, fully turfed, access to water/toys and treats. I have lights hung for evening visits too! There is a couch/chairs and tables you can help yourself too. As summer approaches we will have pools and fun activities for the pups that will be free to use. I have a dog treadmill that is free to use, must bring your own harness - happy to give instructions upon request.

Lowry Dog Park

Private Dog Park 1.5ac (Lure Coursing, Agility Equip- Extras)

Open field on back half of property. Native flora, not irrigated at this time (future plans). Animal waterer & hydrant on field SE corner of barn, water hydrant also in parking area with jug and bowl. Table & chairs by the barn and inside pavilion attached to barn (shade area), has a refrigerator to cool your drinks and water. Active goathead eradication. Have lure coursing available by appointment (must confirm by message for operator availability) and custom agility equipment (must make special arrangement for using that) and check ahead, the agility equipment is sometimes out at other locations for events. We know of a trainer who may be offering classes for Agility, Obedience & Behavior Modification at our location. If interested please contact us and provide your information, the trainer will setup a class time when we have sufficient interest to fill a class of 3-6 people at our location.

Enjoy your visit, — The Mini Moo Mountain Family Come walk 17 acres of mixed terrain, sweeping meadow to rock outcroppings to wooded areas. This area is fully fenced, the fence is a welded mesh type with some portions being straight wire for deer access. We have 2 friendly dogs that have no recall and therefore only have access to their dog run, they will be kept inside the house during reservations. We also have a small chicken coop and run located next to the house. ** UPDATE ** We also now have mini cows located on the top right of the property. Please be aware some wildlife (black bears, deer, elk, turkeys and moose) may occasionally be around. Wooded areas have blown down trees and some firewood processing areas. Please make an immediate left after entering the property, park in front of the gate where the access to the wooded area is. We have added signage indicating where to park.

There is also a designated 2500sq/ft 9ft-high fenced area on the property you’re welcome to utilize if your dog is an avid jumper or for training.
