Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Veterans Park

Vaiden 8-Acre Private Lawn & Woods In New Kent

The property is over 8 acres total. The front of the property is on New Kent Hwy, across from the New Kent Courthouse area. As you drive onto the property, the Vaiden Inn is close to the street with the parking lot to fit 30-35 vehicles. You can walk towards the back of the property and utilize about 3 acres of manicured lawn with some trees and as you continue to walk back (north) there is another 3 acres of woods. Along the north and west perimeter of the property/woods is a small creek. There is a 3’ high fenced in area of 1400 square feet close to the fire-pit.
