55Doggy Challenge was super fun! I tried it for two of my dogs who like more interaction when they run around. They both played with the toys and ran through the obstacles. The tree tug was a particularly big hit. This is a smaller enclosure than the other two on the property but it's great for one dog and they really enjoy navigating the obstacles with their owner. Hosts are SUPER nice and the property is well-stocked and clean.

55When people say on reviews that it’s a climb to the entrance it is a CLIMB period. You don’t realize how steep it is until you’re there and the whole thing is on the side of the hill. There really isn’t any “flat” areas until you get to the very top. If you’re not able to physically challenge yourself this may be too much for you. There are a lot of trails interconnecting and tall grass/vegetation for the dogs to run around in. You will lose sight of your dog unless they stay right by you on the trail which makes it difficult to see if they poop somewhere. So if you come across a random pile of poo be kind and pick it up. The dogs loved the new area to sniff and explore.

55Great spot with beautiful views. This one has some big inclines, so my senior dogs struggled a bit, but the two young pups loved running up and down the hills. Greatly appreciated the water for humans left in a cooler.

55This spot is amazing! 2 Border Collies and a suspected Husky mix were all thoroughly tuckered out after a couple hours. The initial trek up is definitely steep but the footing is safe, even for a clumsy oaf like myself! On the way back down I stuck to the fence line and had a much easier time. The views are beautiful, and it is just as enjoyable for the human nature lover as it is for the pups!

I would recommend a protective field vest for short haired dogs that love to run and explore- our girls ended up with a few decent cuts and scratches.

55For my first stop at a Sniffspot I could not have picked a better one! This space is huge with varied vegetation and topography, just what energetic young dogs need. I spent the whole afternoon there and enjoyed the views and watching the dogs play. There are benches, water stations, and poop bag stations staged throughout the spot. It is a spot for people who don't mind exertion as it is indeed steep to get up to the top, but it's also great for tiring dogs out as they race up the big hill. Hosts were sweet and accommodating! Thank you, we'll be back.

55My dogs and I had a great first visit. It was easy to find with signs clearly marking where to park and where to go. The gate latch is super secure, so no worries about a dog shoving it open by accident. They had plenty of water jugs and bowls throughout the park, so as we walked the perimeter path we were never too far from water or a trash can for poop bags. Lots of seating throughout for those who need it, and my dogs loved climbing on the hay piles and running through the tunnel.

55We LOVED this location! So much different terrain to explore. The trails are fun to walk around and it’s a workout for the humans too! Clark loved exploring the dense brush and grasses, trying to do what he does best… find the birds! The multiple water spots were greatly appreciated.

What types of dog parks are available in Pomeroy?

Pomeroy offers 42 diverse Sniffspot options including fully fenced dog parks, dog water parks, and dog fields. Whether you need a fully-fenced yard for a dog with poor recall, a climate-controlled indoor space, a swimming pool for hot days, or an expansive field for running, you'll find it in Pomeroy. Filter by fencing, size, amenities, and "fewer dogs seen/heard" to find your ideal match.

Are Pomeroy dog parks safe for all dog types?

Yes! Pomeroy Sniffspot locations are designed to accommodate every dog: energetic puppies, cautious seniors, tiny toy breeds, giant breeds, social dogs, and yes—reactive or selective dogs too. The completely private bookings mean each dog gets the exact environment they need. Whether your dog thrives with stimulation or needs calm and quiet, Pomeroy has 42 options to match their personality and needs.

How do I book a dog park in Pomeroy?

Browse 42 available Pomeroy dog parks, select your preferred date and time, and reserve instantly through the Sniffspot platform. Most Pomeroy locations offer instant booking, while some hosts prefer to approve requests. You'll receive confirmation, exact address details, and check-in instructions after booking.

When can I visit Pomeroy dog parks?

Sniffspot's private booking system lets you reserve Pomeroy dog parks based on host availability, and many operate dawn to dusk or even 24/7. Unlike public dog parks with rigid hours, you choose the exact time that works for your schedule. Check individual Pomeroy listings for specific availability and any seasonal considerations.

Do I need a membership for Pomeroy dog parks?

Sniffspot operates on a membership model with monthly or annual plans that include credits for bookings. Members get discounts at participating spots. New users can start with a 7-day free trial. Don't worry, there are no additional booking fees! Your credits cover everything.

What's the most popular dog park in Pomeroy?

Ken's Private Dog Park In Pullman is highly rated in Pomeroy, known for excellent amenities and consistently positive reviews. However, the "best" park depends on your dog's needs. A reactive dog might prioritize privacy and secure fencing, while an active dog might prefer acres of running space. Browse Pomeroy listings to find your perfect fit.

Can I use Pomeroy dog parks for training?

Absolutely! Pomeroy dog parks are excellent for training because they're private and distraction-free. Work on recall, practice agility, socialize puppies, or help reactive dogs build confidence, all without the unpredictability of public dog parks. Many Pomeroy professional trainers use Sniffspot for client sessions.

Are Pomeroy dog parks fenced?

Many Pomeroy Sniffspots are fully fenced, but not all. Use the "fully fenced" filter to find secure enclosures if your dog doesn't have reliable recall. Listings show fencing details including height, gaps, and type so you can confirm it'll contain your escape artist. For reactive dogs who need visual barriers, look for solid fencing options.
